OUTCOME:  The Social Protection Offices of the Municipality of Milan at the Court have described the activity they carry out with those arrested in the act of committing a crime, who are offered alternative sentences to detention, under the LPU (Public Utility Works) or MAP regime. (Put to the Test), depending on the crimes committed. A short debate followed, with questions from the Councilors and the Guarantor of Prisoners' Rights, to which the Offices provided adequate answers.

Council Commission Olympics-Paralympics Milan Cortina 2026(Chaired by Councilor Giungi Alessandro)
Agenda: WORK, YOUTH AND SPORT DIRECTORATE - Resolution No. 1692 - "Amendments to art. 6, paragraphs 1 and 3, of the Statute of the Milano Cortina 2026 Foundation". They will be present

OUTCOME:
The Councilor illustrated the resolution by explaining the reasons that required a modification of some paragraphs of the art. 6 of the Statute of the Milano Cortina 2026 Foundation. He specified that these changes are implemented in application of the dictates of the Olympic Charter. At the end of the explanation, the President, not finding any requests for intervention, dismisses the provision in question and sends it to the Chamber for the continuation of the process.

Agenda: "Nucleus for the protection of women and minors" The following will be present at the hearing:

OUTCOME:

The Councilor and Dr. Terrana illustrated the activity carried out by the Women and Minors Protection Unit, clarifying that it is an investigative unit, established within the Local Police Force of Milan, which deals exclusively with crimes involving the so-called "vulnerable victims", i.e. victims who are such due to their gender or age.
A debate followed during which some Councilors asked questions to which Dr. Terrana provided answers.

Council Commission Mobility, Environment, Greenery and Animals(Chaired by Councilor Carlo Monguzzi)
Agenda: “Proposal for council resolution no. 954-2022: Update to the acoustic classification of the territory of the Municipality of Milan pursuant to art. 3, paragraph 1 of the Regional Law of 10 August 2001, n.13 – Adoption. The measure does not involve any expense." Will participate:

OUTCOME:
In the presence of the Councilor for the Environment and Green Space, as well as the managers of the Environmental Transition Directorate, the updates on the acoustic classification of the territory of the Municipality of Milan were presented, illustrating the purposes of this classification which divides the territory into homogeneous acoustic zones , the definition of the acoustic classes, the planned urban planning tools, up to the acoustic classification produced and the implementation rules. The councilors present were able to submit their requests for further information which were adequately responded to
