Agenda: Inspection at the Luigi Rovati Foundation. Meeting point: Corso Venezia, 52. The following will be present at the Commission:

OUTCOME:

The Councilors went to the headquarters of the Rovati Foundation, located in Corso di Porta Venezia 52, to visit the museum housed in the building which houses a precious collection of Etruscan ceramics, bronzes and gold. The visit route runs from the Hypogeum floor to the first Piano Nobile and combines modern and contemporary works of art with more than 200 finds from the Etruscan collection.

Agenda:"Hearing of the new CEO of MM SpA, Eng. Francesco Mascolo. The following were invited to participate:

  • the Councilor for Education, Anna Scavuzzo,

  • the Housing Councilor, Pierfrancesco Maran,
  • the Councilor for Budget and Real Estate, Emmanuel Conte.

OUTCOME:

The new CEO of MM SpA illustrated the economic performance of the company to the Commission. He therefore provided a response to the requests for information formulated by the Councilors regarding illegal occupations, energy efficiency of buildings, union discussions, arrears, industrial plan and valorisation of internal resources.

Trijoint Council Commission Urban Regeneration, Sport-Tourism-Youth Policies-Policies for Wellbeing e Olympics-Paralympics Milan Cortina 2026, (Chaired by Councilor Ceccarelli Bruno, Councilor Vasile Angelica and Councilor Giungi Alessandro)
Agenda: Updates on the status of the judicial appeals against the Municipality of Milan regarding the judicial appeals on the facilities that will host the Olympic and Paralympic Games in Milan. They will be present:

  • the Councilors Martina Riva and Giancarlo Tancredi,
  • the lawyer Antonello Mandarano, head of the Legal Department of the Municipality of Milan.

OUTCOME:

The offices have clarified that the outcome of the appeals relating to the Santa Giulia area is in favor of the Municipality of Milan, where the arena dedicated to ice hockey competitions will be built, the railway yards, in particular the Porta Romana railway yard which will host the Olympic village, and the Palasharp. Compliance with the work schedule for the next Milan Cortina 2026 Olympics was also recalled.

Agenda: Approval of the amendments to the AFOL Metropolitana Statute connected to the merger by incorporation of Eurolavoro Scar.l. in AFOL Metro: Modification of art. 8 - Repeal of paragraph 2 of the art. 15 with consequent renumbering of subsequent paragraphs. Correction of the numbering of the paragraphs of the art. 23. Approval of the guidelines for the consequent modification of the Agreement regulating the relationships between the consortium bodies. OUTCOME:
The Director of the Labor Policy Sector of the Metropolitan City and the Director of the Mayor's Cabinet Area illustrated the proposals to amend the AFOL Metropolitana Statute, made necessary following the merger by incorporation of EuroLavoro Scar.l into AFOL Metropolitana. The related resolution proposal (3942/2022) has been declared discussed and can therefore continue its process in the City Council.

Joint Council Commission Mobility, Environment, Green-Animals ed Education-Food Policy (Chaired by Councilor Monguzzi Carlo and Councilor Pontone Marzia) 
Agenda:"Project on the circular economy of degreasing sludge (Milano Ristorazione and Gruppo CAP)". Participants:

  • Anna Scavuzzo, Deputy Mayor and Councilor for Education with responsibility for Food Policy,
  • dr. Andrea Magarini, Director of the Food Policy and Agriculture Area, Education Directorate,
  • dr. Dario Mastaglio, Technical Services Milan Catering,
  • dr. Michele Platè, Water Service Group CAP.

OUTCOME:

In the presence of the Deputy Mayor, as well as Councilor for Education with responsibility for Food Policy, the hearing of the Technical Services Manager of Milano Ristorazione SpA took place jointly with a Manager of the CAP Group, manager of the Integrated Water Service of the Metropolitan City of Milan, about a project for the valorisation of food waste into an energy resource. In particular, this type of project affects the circular economy more generally, and applied to the activity of Milano Ristorazione concerns the degreasing of waste water. The councilors present were able to acquire the technical details of the pilot project of the canteens in Via Sammartini.

Council Commission Budget and Real Estate (Chaired by Councilor Simonetta D'Amico)
Agenda: Resolution no. 3937: Approval of the guidelines for the disposal of all the shares of the Municipality of Milan relating to the real estate funds "Fondo Comune di Milano I" and "Fondo Comune di Milano II". The measure does not involve any expense. Will participate:

  • Councilor Emmanuel Conte,
  • the Director of the Budget Management Dr. Roberto Colangelo.

OUTCOME:

Councilor Conte illustrated the proposed resolution No. 3937-2022, relating to the approval of the guidelines for the disposal of all the shares of the Municipality of Milan relating to the real estate funds "Fondo Comune di Milano I" and "Fondo Comune of Milan II". The Budget and Participatory Bodies Commission has been reconvened for Monday 5 December at 13pm to continue the discussion of the resolution.

Agenda:"Communications regarding the judicial administration intervened against the company Bertini srl and the overall situation in SOGEMI/Ortomercato". They will be present for SOGEMI:

  • the President Dr. Cesare Ferrero,
  • the Director of General Affairs Dr. Massimo Ronchi,
  • the Anti-Corruption Manager Dr. Eugenio Bordogna.

OUTCOME:

The President of SOGEMI illustrated the situation of the renovation works of the logistics platform of the fruit and vegetable market, security and criminal infiltration on the construction sites, then answering the questions of the Councillors.
