OUTCOME:

The managers of the "Arte da Mangiare Arte" association showed the site being visited, specifying that the installations are made with recycled or plant-based materials. MM managers have noted that, since we are located in a production site, some measures are necessary to make the exhibition visitable, which is now not open to the public. The councilors noted the possibility that the site fits into some circuits that favor the arrival of visitors. They also proposed, by gathering the consensus of the parties, to develop a project that would make the exhibition site together with the purifier visitable.

Agenda: BUDGET AND INVESTMENT DIRECTORATE - Resolution n/2410-2022 "Single Programming Document (DUP) 2023-2025". They will be present:

  • the dr. Roberto Colangelo Director of the Budget and Participates Department.

 

OUTCOME:

The Budget Councilor described the proposed resolution no. 2410-22, relating to the Single Programming Document, specifying that this is the descriptive part of the strategic objectives, which will be followed, by 15 November, by an updated financial document, which will enter more into the operational phase of individual expenses, by Management and which will also include the actual Financial Forecast Budget, the three-year planning of public works, the planning of the purchase of supplies and services and the real estate development plan.
At the end of the presentation, the President did not register any requests to speak, therefore she declared resolution no. discussed. 2410 and sent it to the Council debate.

OUTCOME:

During the Commission it was recalled that since 2017 the extraordinary maintenance of the sports facilities managed by Milano Sport has been entrusted to MM Spa and that the Municipality of Milan allocates approximately 7 million euros in this direction every year. Ordinary maintenance, however, remained the responsibility of Milano Sport.
The Sports Councilor underlined that summer 2022 saw access to courses, Milano Sport summer campuses and seaside resorts 30% higher than in 2019.
Some Councilors asked questions about the interventions carried out in the last three years which were answered.

Agenda: "Biciplan CAMBIO, Metropolitan City of Milan: development and integration projects of the cycle mobility network on a metropolitan scale and prospects for integration with the public transport network". Will participate:

OUTCOME:

The Councilor for Mobility, the Councilor of the Metropolitan City, delegated for mobility and infrastructure and the managers of the Metropolitan City illustrated the Biciplan CAMBIO project. This is a system that integrates environmental protection, safety, development and economic well-being, identifying "super cycle" corridors at a metropolitan level and integrating them with municipal cycle paths to facilitate their use as well as changing the way of moving around the area using the best skills and technologies. CHANGE is the freedom to move in a healthy and sustainable way, every day, to go to work, school and wherever you want. The Councilors provided some suggestions to improve the project and asked questions which were promptly answered.

OUTCOME:

The Commission went to visit the Carlo Maria Martini Diocesan Museum, in Piazza Sant'Eustorgio n. 3, to visit the spaces and to delve deeper into the theme of evening openings and set-up and redevelopment works.

Council Commission European Funds, PNRR, European and International Policies (Chaired by Councilor Pacente Carmine)
Agenda: "129 million for the strengthening of PNRR interventions intended for 10 strategic projects for the development of Milan". The following will be present at the hearing:

  • Dario Moneta - Specialist Director of the Plan Management and Monitoring Authority.

OUTCOME:

The Head of the Plan Management and Monitoring Authority Specialist Directorate illustrated the ten projects that will be financed also thanks to the additional resources provided for by Legislative Decree no. 50 of 17 May 2022 (so-called Aid Decree), which, in art. 42, has identified, for the purposes of strengthening the interventions envisaged by the PNRR, further allocations equal to a total of 665 million Euros divided between cities with a number of inhabitants exceeding 600.000. 129 million euros have been attributed to the city of Milan. It was also underlined that, pursuant to the subsequent implementing decree, the conditions of use of these funds are those provided for by the PNRR.

Council Commission Equal Opportunities-Civil Rights (Chaired by Councilor De Marchi Diana)
Agenda: Fertility belongs to everyone" - problems of infertility, prevention, awareness and dissemination. The following will be present at the hearing:

  • Dr. Paola Vigano, Embryologist Head of the PMA Milan Polyclinic laboratory, president of SIRU Italian Human Reproduction Society;
  • Dr. Corina Lepadatu, expert in couple infertility, homologist and heterologist at the Maggiore Niguarda hospital, SIRU Coordinator of the Lombardy Committee;
  • dr. Luca Boeri, andrologist at the Milan Polyclinic.


OUTCOME:

The hearing of the representatives of the SIRU (Italian Human Reproduction Society) took place and they illustrated the problems relating to human infertility and the related service they carry out in the area. The task that the Administration has set itself is to provide support to a health service dedicated to fertility, in particular through shared communication and the dissemination of useful information regarding this rather delicate and complex topic. The councilors present were therefore able to learn a reality that is often not known about.
