Agenda: "Inspection at the Boschi Di Stefano House Museum. Development of the House Museum Project”, Via Giorgio Jan, 15. The following will be present:

OUTCOME:

In the presence of the Councilor for Culture and the Area Director, the history of the Boschi Di Stefano couple was remembered, of the building, owned by the municipality, which houses the House Museum of the same name and of the inestimable value of the art collections housed in its interior and introduced the main elements of the exhibition space development project for the two-year period 2022 - 2024. 1) Proposed law on citizens' assemblies: possible path in Milan. Marco Cappato and Lorenzo Minneo from EUMANS, Citizens for democracy and sustainability will be present.

2) FACILITY MANAGEMENT AREA - RESOLUTION N. 77 - Recognition of off-balance sheet debt pursuant to art. 194 c. 1 letter a) of Legislative Decree 267/2000, deriving from the execution of the provision RG 1087/2021 of 07/10/2021 issued by the Court of Siena in favor of Monte dei Paschi Leasing & Factoring, Bank for financial services to companies SpA – MPS Leasing & Factoring SpA, for the payment of the total sum of €36.247,07, following the non-recourse assignment of receivables held by the company Siram SpA towards the Municipality of Milan. The measure involves expense.

OUTCOME:

The session was divided into two moments. The first saw the presentation of the bill for the implementation of Citizens' Assemblies, bodies of direct participation of citizens in support of local institutions. The project was presented by the highest representatives of the EUMANS Citizens for Democracy and sustainability association. The second part saw the illustration of a resolution recognizing off-balance sheet debts due to a ruling against the Municipality of Milan. The councilors present enlivened the discussion with insights and concrete proposals."

Agenda: "Regional proposal to change the management of the Southern Agricultural Park of Milan" Participants will be:

• Simone Negri, Metropolitan City Councilor with responsibility for the Environment and Legality.

OUTCOME:

The councilors examined the PDL of the Lombardy Region in question, expressing themselves in different ways. Councilor Comazzi, one of the 4 signatories of the PDL as regional councilor, described the reasons that led to the drafting of the same in order to bring the South Milan Agricultural Park under regional management. The metropolitan councilor and delegate for Environment and Safety, Negri, underlined the risks that approval of the PDL as drafted would entail; he also highlighted how 43 Mayors of the 60 Municipalities that are part of the Park have expressed themselves against the PDL. The debate between the councilors continued and at the end the Presidents announced that the topic will be resumed soon in order to be able to listen to other parties involved.

Agenda: IMPLEMENTATION PLANNING AREA 1 - Resolution No. 1269-2022 - Approval of changes to the provisions of the Service Plan of the current PGT, pursuant to art. 9 paragraph 15 of Regional Law n. 12/2005, connected to the Recovery Plan relating to Area no. 2 of the Recovery Zone 8.11 concerning the areas between via Gallarate and via Cefalù and the agreed building permit concerning the area of ​​via Grosio 9. We inform you that the following have been invited to the Commission's work:

The Councilor for Urban Planning and the officials of the Strategic Planning offices illustrated provision 1269-22, which modifies the Service Plan in the axis of Viale Alcide De Gasperi, in connection with the Piazzale del Cimitero Maggiore, to make it feasible the "Gallarate-Cefalù" Recovery Plan in its entirety. OUTCOME:

The Budget Councilor illustrated the 2022-2024 Forecast Budget and provided some specific information on the Single Programming Document (DUP). In particular he focused on the guidelines for the construction of current account financial balances; he gave indications on the balance of the capital account budget, on the state of indebtedness of the Municipality, on the balance of the current budget and on current expenditure divided by budget missions. He specified that in subsequent sessions the budgets of the individual Departments will be examined in detail. The Councilors asked for some clarifications which were promptly answered.

OUTCOME:

The Councilor for Sport, Tourism and Youth Policies and the Director of the Work, Youth and Sport Area reported on the projects and budget allocations for the areas of competence. They therefore responded to the requests for information formulated by the Councilors regarding the street education project, funds foreseen for Teen City, valorization of the neighborhoods, biodiversity present in Milan, sustainable tourism, revenues deriving from concessions for sports centers and from the tourist tax.

Dr. Montani emphasized the essential and active role that women have assumed, over time, within the mafia clan, with the acquisition of tasks that in the past were exclusively male prerogative.
