Agenda: Inspection at GAM - Gallery of Modern Art and PAC - Pavilion of Contemporary Art. Meeting point: via Palestro, 16. The following will be present at the Commission:

OUTCOME:

The Commission, together with the Councilor for Culture and several Councilors of Municipality 1, carried out an inspection at the Contemporary Art Pavilion and the Modern Art Gallery. Information was requested on school visits and attention was paid to the opportunity to promote and enhance the artistic and cultural places present in the area. To increase its visibility, the opportunity was recognized to install adequate signage in the city, useful for citizens and tourists.

Agenda: Resolution n.2384-22. CIVIC SERVICES AND MUNICIPALITIES DIRECTORATE Regulations of the Municipalities of the Municipality of Milan. Regulations of the Municipalities of the Municipality of Milan - Amendment of the art. 22 paragraph 3, of the art. 27 paragraphs 1 and 1 bis, of the heading of the art. 29; of the art. 30 paragraphs 3 and 5, of the art. 32 paragraphs 2, 3 and 4, of the art. 33, paragraph 1, of the art. 42 paragraph 1, of the art. 48 paragraphs 2, 4, 6 and 8, and of the art. 51 paragraphs 1, 5, 6 and 7." OUTCOME:

The Councilor and the Offices explained the reasons why some articles of the Municipal Regulations were modified and illustrated what these modifications are. They highlighted that this is only the first step towards greater involvement of these institutions, also to facilitate the creation of the "city 15 minutes away". They also specified that some suggestions were accepted by the Municipalities and will be included in the measure which will be submitted again for examination by the Council, while they explained the reasons why others were not implemented. The councilors intervened asking for some clarifications and indicating what other changes would be appropriate to make to allow a real transfer of responsibilities from the center to the municipalities.

Agenda: Presentation of the Recovery Project". Participants will be:

• Head of Design and Development in the SIR Consortium: SIMONA SILVESTRO.

OUTCOME:

A hearing was held with a manager of SiR (Solidarity on the Net), a consortium of social cooperatives created to promote social cooperation, which over the years has become a point of reference in the local welfare system. The subject of the report was the "Recovery in rete" project, sponsored by the Municipality of Milan, which aims to offer individualized rehabilitation paths for people with mental health problems, experimenting with innovative methods in mental health practices at city level. The top manager of the Health and Community Services Area, for his part, illustrated the problems connected to the personalization of the intervention and the type of development that the Municipality wants to give to services like this, integrated with the Third Sector. The councilors were given ample space to express their considerations.

Council Commission Subcommittee on Prisons, Penalties and Restrictions (Chaired by Councilor Pedroni Valerio)
Agenda: Inspection at the Day Center inside the San Vittore prison. They are invited:

• the dr. Cesare Galimberti (Psychiatrist ASST Fatebenefratelli Sacco);
• the dr. Claudio Cazzanelli (Director of A&I Società Cooperativa Accoglienza e Integrazione ONLUS).

OUTCOME:

The Commissioners who met visited the "Day Centre" housed within the III Raggio (department intended for young prisoners) at the San Vittore Prison. The Day Centre, which derives from the “Sulla Soglia” project, has been in operation since 2008, is financed by the DG Health of the Lombardy Region and managed by the ASST Fatebenefratelli Sacco and the A&I Cooperative. It offers therapeutic treatment through laboratory activities, conducted by art masters, to prisoners with psychiatric problems, nearing the end of their imprisonment.

Agenda:"Wish Me Project Presentation". Will participate:

OUTCOME:

The offices illustrated the contents of the "Wish Mi" project which aims to develop an intervention strategy to promote the well-being of minors and combat child poverty in Milan.
The services and activities that will be offered can also be purchased by families through a system of individual or collective digital vouchers provided by the municipal administration.
A debate followed during which some Councilors expressed considerations and formulated questions which were promptly answered.

Agenda: XI dossier of Terre des Hommes 2022. The following will be present at the hearing:

OUTCOME:

Dr. Federica Giannotta, head of advocacy and Italian programs at Terre des Hommes, presented "Indifesa", the XI Terre des Hommes dossier on the condition of girls and young women in the world.

Council Commission Anti-mafia (Chaired by Councilor Rosario Pantaleo)
Agenda: "Government activities on the topic of legal gaming and what is known about illegal gaming managed by criminal organizations (and possible type of collaboration with law enforcement agencies)." For the Excise, Customs and Monopolies Agency, the following will intervene:

• the General Director Dr. Marcello Minenna,
• the Central Games Director dr. Stefano Saracchi.

OUTCOME:

The General Director of the Excise, Customs and Monopolies Agency and the Central Games Director of the same agency illustrated the problems and measures taken to combat illegal gaming as well as highlighting the need for the adoption of a Consolidated Regulatory Text on this matter which brings together all the laws now in force. The Councilors declared that they will raise awareness among their parliamentary colleagues on this last issue.
