OUTCOME:

The Councilor and the Offices illustrated the projects that the Municipality has implemented to combat juvenile delinquency. They stopped to explain the main paths which were also supported by the Juvenile Chamber and the IPM "Beccaria", whose Director analyzed the situation present in the structure and the actions implemented to discourage deviant actions. The Guarantor has requested intervention in some specific areas. The guests, each for their own part of competence, reported what activities they carried out to carry out the projects described.

Agenda: "Acquisitions and development in the sustainable energy supply chain". Will participate:

  • the dr. Fulvio Roncari – Environment Business Unit Manager;
  • the dr. Lorenzo Giussani – Head of Generation and Trading Business Unit;
  • Dr. Filippo Bonaccorsi, Regional Affairs Manager.

OUTCOME:

The CEO of A2A and the company's managers illustrated the A2A investment plan in renewable energy, then responding on the merits to the questions of the President of the Commission and the Councillors.

Joint Council Commission on Institutional Affairs, Metropolitan City - Municipality and Verification-Control of Participated Bodies (Chaired by Councilor Censi Arianna and Councilor De Pasquale Fabrizio)
Agenda: "Continuation of discussion on the draft proposal for a council initiative for changes to the Regulation on the guidelines and procedures for the appointment, designation and revocation of representatives of the Municipality at entities, companies, institutions and investee companies". He'll be there:

  • Dr. Laura Peroncini director of the Participatory Budget Area.


OUTCOME:

During the session, the discussion continued, to which two other sessions have already been dedicated, on the draft proposal for a council initiative to make changes to the Regulation on the guidelines and procedures for the appointment, designation and revocation of representatives of the Municipality at entities, companies, institutions and investee companies. The Commissioners presented their proposals and suggestions which will be taken into account in the final draft of the text of the proposed resolution.

Tourism-Territorial Marketing-Wellbeing-Sport-Leisure Council Commission (Chaired by Councilor Fumagalli MarcoCarlo)
Agenda:  "Path of the Celts and Ligurians: the new path from Milan to the sea". Will participate:

  • Organizational Position - Tourism Marketing Unit: Luciano Bersano;
  • President of the Appennino Ritrovato Association and Project Coordinator: Elisa Bortolin;
  • GAE Guide and Creator of the Path: Emanuele Gazzadi.

OUTCOME:

The session consisted of a video connection with the group of hikers, made up of the GAE guide who is the creator of the path and other operators in the sector, who presented the trekking route "The path of the Celts and Ligurians", which starts from the center of Milan and arrives in Sestri Levante, on the Ligurian coast. The initiative served to officially test the path which is a project that is part of a broader perspective of increasing healthy and proximity tourism for Milanese citizens and tourists, and at the same time valorising the Apennine territory.

Council Commission on International Affairs, Post Expo, European Policies (Chaired by Councilor Pacente Carmine)
Agenda: “The European funds invested, committed and obtained by the Municipality of Milan in the period 2016-2021”. The following will be present at the hearing:

  • Mario Vanni, Chief of Staff of the Mayor;
  • Maria Vittoria Beria, Director of the International Relations Area;
  • Dario Luigi Moneta, Specialist Director of the Plan Management and Monitoring Authority;
  • Marco Mazziotti, Head of EU Affairs Unit - International Relations Area.

OUTCOME:

The Offices have clarified that the total European funds obtained by the Municipality of Milan in the last 5 years is equal to 180 million euros, 127 structural and 53 directly managed.
They announced that from 2016 to today, 66 projects have been financed with directly managed European funds, 43 of which are still ongoing, and recalled that the PON Metro provides for a total allocation of 40,35 million for the city of Milan EUR.
The extension of the operational perimeter of the Complementary Operational Program (POC) to all Italian Metropolitan Cities and the React-EU was also recalled, the latter being a tool which allows resources to be obtained to deal with the emergency situation due to the pandemic. .
A debate followed during which some Councilors asked for clarifications to which the Offices provided a response.
