OUTCOME:

The “Bambinisenzasbarre” association presented the project “Prison put to the test of children and their families” which aims to accompany children who experience a situation of separation from their parents due to detention and at the same time meet their needs , desires and thoughts within the Yellow Spaces, physical places but above all mental places, representations of the space that must be reserved for children in adult institutions. The project will involve 10 elementary (fourth and fifth) classes and 10 (first) middle school classes. . The Councilors asked for some clarifications which were promptly answered.

1) Approval of the proposed resolution: No. 1660 - “Approval of the TARI Waste Tax tariffs – Year 2021 and concessions. ”

OUTCOME:

Councilor Granelli and the Offices illustrated provision no. 1647 highlighting that the AMSA PEF is prepared following what is indicated in the ARERA resolution and providing some specifications. The councilors intervened by asking questions and requesting clarifications on some aspects. The Councilor and the Offices have provided answers to these questions. The Presidents therefore declared the examination of resolution No. 1647 concluded and sent it to the Chamber for the continuation of the process.

Councilor Tasca analyzed the content of provision No. 1660, noting that it is the PEF that provides the starting values, indicating which categories are entitled to concessions in the payment of TARI for 2021. He explains the methods through which the Administration has succeeded in its aim of guaranteeing benefits to both domestic and non-domestic users. The councilors asked some questions to which the Councilor and the Offices provided a complete answer. The Presidents therefore declared the examination of resolution No. 1647 concluded and sent it to the Chamber for the continuation of the process.

OUTCOME:

Deputy Mayor Scavuzzo and the Food Policy Coordinator for Milan took stock of the Administration's food policies and the progress made in recent years, in the five main objectives to which it is committed: guaranteeing access to healthy food, promoting sustainability of production, promote food education, especially in schools, fight against food waste, promote scientific research in the food sector. They then responded to the Councilors' questions, focusing in particular on the expansion of food education to high schools and university bars.

OUTCOME:

The Sports Councilor and the promoters of the redevelopment project of the new Agora illustrated to the Commission the timetable of the works and the details of the project. Subsequently, with the Director of the Sports Area, they responded to the requests for information formulated by the Councilors on the agreement with the Municipality of Milan, capacity of spectators of the structure, provision of parking, accessibility by local public transport and concession fee .

Agenda: "Presentation of final resolution of proposed council initiative for changes to the Regulation on the guidelines and procedures for the appointment, designation and revocation of representatives of the Municipality at entities, companies, institutions and investee companies". OUTCOME:

The President pointed out that the agenda under discussion today was formalized in resolution no. 1664 which is then examined by the Council Commission.
It also clarifies that this provision was drafted by incorporating the indications that emerged during previous Commissions, remaining unchanged in content.
Councilor D'Alfonso recalled that he had presented a parallel resolution, which proposes the addition of an article to provision no. 1664, and asked that the two measures be submitted to the City Council for examination at the same time.
The President undertook to verify the feasibility of the request and declared resolution no. discussed. 1664 which will be sent to the City Council for examination.
