1. "Resolution no. 2653-2021 - Recognition of off-balance sheet debt pursuant to art. 194, paragraph 1, letter a) of Legislative Decree no. 267/2000 equal to €209.116,01 deriving from executive sentence no. 5325 /2021, for fees relating to the contract for the management of nurseries, micro-nurseries and early childhood centers owned by the Municipality of Milan conducted under the accreditation regime for the months of July 2014 - 2015 and 2016. The provision entails expense".
2. "Resolution n/2633-2021 - Recognition of an off-balance sheet debt pursuant to art. 194, paragraph 1, letter a), Legislative Decree 267/2000 for the amount of €15.803,52.= a in favor of CS and PG, including interest and legal costs and monetary revaluation, to settle the expenses incurred for the school transport of their daughter BC for the 2018/2019 school year; in execution of order no. 4633/2021 of 03 /06/2021 (RG 55752/2021) of the Ordinary Court of Milan".

OUTCOME:

The Education Councilor illustrated measures no. 2653-2021 and n. 2633-2021 concerning the recognition of off-balance sheet debts, in execution of judicial orders, in which the Municipality of Milan was found to be the losing party. The President of the Commission declared both measures discussed, so that they can be subjected to examination by the City Council.

Joint Council Commission on Institutional Affairs - Metropolitan City - Municipality and Innovation, Transparency, Digital Agenda, Civil Status (Chaired by Councilor Censi Arianna and Councilor Arienta Alice)
Agenda: "PROPOSAL FOR COUNCIL INITIATIVE RESOLUTION N/2751-2021 Approval of partial modification of article 12 of the Funeral and Cemetery Services Regulations of the Municipality of Milan”. The following were invited to the Commission's work:

• Councilor Roberta Cocco,
• the Director of the Civic Services, Participation and Sport Directorate, Dr. Andrea Zuccotti.

OUTCOME:

The Director of Civic Services illustrated council initiative resolution no. 2751, which modifies art. 12 of the Cemetery Regulations, allowing illustrious citizens to be buried in the Famedio, even when they have been missing for less than a year. Not recording interventions, the President of the Institutional Affairs Commission declared resolution no. 2751 discussed and sent it to the council debate.
