OUTCOME:

The guests announced that, during the Covid 19 Pandemic, seven big names in photojournalism observed and immortalized the daily life of children in Milan and created the photographic exhibition "In my eyes" with the aim of creating a focus on childhood and minors' rights.
A debate followed during which the Councilors expressed their approval of the project described.

The Councilors for Urban Planning and Traffic, the Director of the Urban Planning Sector and the representatives of the Company that owns the areas, provided answers to the questions posed by the Councilors and citizens, relating to the urban planning variant of the Montecity Rogoredo Intervention Plan, which will be declared discussed only after notification of the relevant resolution to the Councillors, as indicated by the President of the Commission.

Agenda: The Childhood and Adolescence Guarantor: first year activity report

OUTCOME:

In such a significant week for the respect and recognition of the rights of children and young people, as it celebrates the thirtieth anniversary of the ratification in Italy of the UN Convention on Minors, the hearing of the Rights Guarantor for children's rights took place and of the adolescents of the Municipality of Milan, who described the prerogatives of such an important and demanding institutional figure for the issues affecting the world of minors. Afterwards, the Guarantor listed the initiatives planned in the near future to give substance and concreteness to this primary objective for the well-being of minors and their families

Agenda: Reaction programme: illustration of the "Rivivi Gorla" project. Will be present: the Councilor Gabriele Rabaiotti, the Director of the Housing Management Eng. OUTCOME:

The guests and the Councilor illustrated in detail the "Rivivi Gorla" project which is part of the Reaction program. They both specified the aims, steps and timing, highlighting how they are aimed at creating a network among the inhabitants of the peripheral neighborhoods through cultural proposals and to stimulate their direct reactivation and with the involvement of local associations. The councilors shared the spirit of the initiative and expressed the hope that it can be transposed to other situations.

Agenda: Milan Catering procedures implemented by the company to prevent and combat corruption and money laundering. They will be present:

OUTCOME:

The Director and the Head of Transparency and Corruption Prevention of Milano Ristorazione presented the internal plan of measures adopted by the Company to combat phenomena relating to the risks of corruption events and anti-money laundering. The President of the Commission and some Councilors made requests for clarification to which the guests gave satisfactory answers.

Agenda: Resolution no. 923/2021 Facility Management Area - Recognition of off-balance sheet debts, pursuant to art. 194, paragraph 1, letter. a), of Legislative Decree 267/2000, deriving from the payment of compensation for damages for civil liability of the Municipality of Milan, for causes followed by the State Property and Heritage Directorate according to the methods established by the Civil Liability towards Third Parties policy, following n. 1 executive judicial measure unfavorable to the Municipality for a total of €24.732,54.=.

OUTCOME:

The Offices illustrated provision no. 923 explaining that the sentence was issued by the Court of Milan which found the Municipality guilty for failure to safeguard the property. He clarified that the Administration always appears before the Court since proof of the causal link between damage and compensation is not obvious. At the end of the illustration, President Arienta declared that the measure was discussed and she can continue its process in the City Council.

The Councilor for Education and the speakers invited to the commission provided specifications regarding the projects implemented by the Administration in collaboration with Third Sector bodies and Cooperatives; greater depth is given to three projects: "My school is different", "Back to school 2.0", "Volunteers for education". The Councilors asked questions on the merits which were given exhaustive answers.

Agenda: Proposed Resolution No. 1300-2021 Ratification, pursuant to art. 34 of Legislative Decree 18 August 2000, n. 267 and art. 6, paragraph 11, of LR 14 March 2003 n. 2, of the adhesion of the Municipality of Milan to the Supplementary Deed of the Program Agreement called “Montecity – Rogoredo” signed on 4 June 2004 between the Lombardy Region and the Municipality of Milan.

OUTCOME:

In today's session the discussion continued, already carried out in two other previous sessions, on the Program Agreement called "Montecity - Rogoredo" in which variations were made both in terms of volumes and works to be carried out. The Urban Planning Councilor provided all the clarifications requested by the Councilors and at the end of the debate the relevant resolution (1.300 of 2021) was discussed and forwarded to the City Council for possible approval.

The Provincial President of ANPI illustrated to the Commission the redevelopment project of the Loggia dei Mercanti, which involves the placement of two sheets of laminated glass with engravings. The debate took place highlighting the problems of degradation and public order that characterize the area, with a view to providing for the installation of video surveillance cameras, providing for a fixed presence of local police, strengthening public lighting, installing multilingual signs with historical and cultural information about the area and organizing school visits.

Agenda: "Continuation on the draft proposal for a council initiative for changes to the Regulation on the guidelines and procedures for the appointment, designation and revocation of representatives of the Municipality at entities, companies, institutions and investee companies." He'll be there:

OUTCOME:

The continuation of the presentation session of the draft Regulation on the appointments of representatives of the Municipality to bodies, companies, institutions and investee companies took place. The manager present responded to the councilors' questions, collected in the previous session, on the most controversial aspects of the regulation, which touches on delicate aspects of the basic criteria that will constitute the rules and procedures for the appointment of municipal representatives in the bodies indicated above.

Agenda: Policies for the promotion of well-being in the working contexts of the Local Police. Will participate:

OUTCOME:

During the Commission session, requested by a suitable number of City Councilors following the recent cases of suicide involving some workers of the PL, the Deputy Mayor and Councilor for Security Scavuzzo, the Commander of the PL, the Director of Human Resources, the Director of the Urban Security Area and the coordinator of the competent doctors for the Municipality of Milan illustrated the situation and described the main initiatives implemented by the Municipal Administration to combat the discomfort highlighted at the PL commands and for the timely identification of those forms of discomfort linked to the functions carried out by PL operators (health facilities, dedicated training proposals, "Bridge" operators, reasonable accommodations, listening desk, etc.). A further in-depth session was also requested, in the presence of the trade unions.
