Agenda: "Construction of air exchange towers along the M4. Hearing of the M4 President".

OUTCOME:

The Councilor for Mobility and the President of M4 explained the legislation which requires the installation of air intakes outside the metro stations, to convey it inside the platforms. Some citizens, meeting in committees, explain how they saw the aforementioned artefacts created in a short time and a short distance from the windows of their homes. The Councilor declared himself available, where the configuration of the stations and above all of the systems makes it possible, to find different positions, in agreement with the citizens.

Anti-Mafia Council Commission (Chaired by Councilor Gentili David)
Agenda: 

1) Possibility of identifying the Beneficial Owner, ANAC's response to the opinion of the Anti-Mafia Committee.

2) Proposal to amend the Three-Year Corruption Prevention and Transparency Plan regarding article 14 of the Three-Year Corruption Prevention and Transparency Plan, Behavioral Discipline and Conflicts of Interest. The General Secretary, Dr. Fabrizio Dall'Acqua, will be present.

OUTCOME:

The General Secretary illustrated ANAC's response to a question posed by the Municipality relating to the appointment of the "beneficial owner" and expressed moderate satisfaction on the merits. He noted that, however, the final step lies with the legislator. In the opinion of the guests, what ANAC wrote represents an address regarding the possibilities that are offered to the Municipality, without prejudice to the final will of the legislator. The councilors highlighted the need for politicians to act to enact a law, however expressing the fear that the time would be extended enormously. Moving on to the second item on the agenda, the President illustrates the content of the motion in question. The councilors intervened on the merits by proposing some clarifications.

OUTCOME:

During the session, the UOMO project was presented, aimed at carrying out the treatment of the perpetrators of acts of mistreatment whether they are under trial, restricted or free. Similar projects carried out in other areas have given good results in reducing cases of recidivism of gender violence. This project is supported by the ATS, various associations and the anti-violence network. The Councilors greatly appreciated the project and asked for some clarifications which were promptly answered.

OUTCOME:

The Culture Sector Offices have clarified that "24 Ore Cultura", a company of the 24 Ore Group, manages the spaces and services of the Mudec under concession and that due to a change in the contract for the bookshop services the contract was not renewed existing permanent contract, which was therefore replaced by an on-call contract.
The union representatives present criticized the fact that only one of the ten workers in service accepted the proposal to continue working by switching to an on-call contract.
A debate followed during which the Councilors who spoke expressed solidarity with the aforementioned workers and the Presidents announced the presentation of an agenda in the City Council in this direction.

Agenda: Proposal Resolution number 918: Amendments to the provisions of the Service Plan of the current PGT, pursuant to art. 9 paragraph 15 of Regional Law n. 12/2005, for the areas owned by the municipality affected by the superficial improvements of the new Baggio and Olmi stations of the "M1 Baggio - Olmi - Valsesia District Extension". The following will participate in the Commission's work:

  • the Director of the Urban Planning Directorate arch. Simona Collarini;

OUTCOME:

The proposed Resolution no. 918/2021, concerning some changes to the current PGT, which were necessary to allow the realization of the extension of the Pagano Bisceglie section of the MM1 with the “Olmi” and “Baggio” stations (Baggio - Olmi - Valsesia district) and presented by the Councilor to Mobility, was declared discussed at the end of the session and therefore can continue its administrative process in the City Council.

Council Commission for Security and Social Cohesion, Local Police (Chaired by Councilor Pantaleo Rosario)
Agenda: Presentation of the new Local Police unit dedicated to social emergencies. They will be present:

  • Deputy Mayor Anna Scavuzzo;
  • Commander of the Local Police Marco Ciacci.

OUTCOME:

The Councilor for Security, the Commander of the Local Police and the Local Police Officers in charge illustrated to the Commission the tasks and role of the new Social Emergency Unit of the Local Police of Milan, which has the objective of containing social situations most alarming, finding a solution for those in difficulty: homeless people with psychiatric problems and in precarious health and hygiene conditions. During the debate, problems emerged regarding some areas of the city, characterized by urban decay and petty crime, highlighting the need to implement targeted interventions by the Local Police and law enforcement agencies.
