Agenda: "Presentation of the activities of the Art Office in Public Spaces". The participation of:

• All the Culture Councilors of the 9 Municipalities were invited to the Commission.

OUTCOME:

The Councilor for Culture introduced the concept of public art in the urban dimension, with particular reference to neighborhoods and suburbs. The official of the Art in Public Spaces Office explained to the Commission the activities carried out by this Office, in particular in relation to support for the planning, authorizations and census of the works already present in the area. You therefore responded to the Councilors' requests for information regarding public art teaching projects and the methods by which urban art interventions are authorised.â € ‹â €‹ â € ‹â €‹ â € ‹â €‹ â € ‹

Council Commission Budget-Real Estate(Chaired by Councilor D'Amico Simonetta)
Agenda:

• Resolution N/3086: Recognition, pursuant to art. 194, c. 1, letter. a), of Legislative Decree 267/00, of off-balance sheet debts deriving from the payment of legal expenses for n. 13 executive judicial measures unfavorable to the Municipality of Milan in cases followed by the Municipal Attorney's Office for a total of €. 49.013,31. The measure involves expense.
• Resolution N/3411-2021 Recognition, pursuant to art. 194, c. 1, letter. a), of Legislative Decree 267/00, of the off-balance sheet debt of €. 653,34 in compliance with the order of the Execution Judge of 13.09.2021 - RGE n. 2058/2021, following notification of the writs of injunction and seizure proposed by the BA and D'AF lawyers. The provision entails expense.

OUTCOME:

The Offices illustrated the contents of resolution no. 3086, pointing out that it concerns the recognition of off-balance sheet debts deriving from the payment of legal expenses relating to sentences in which the municipal administration lost in court in cases followed by the municipal attorney's office, for a total of €. 49.013,31.
They also illustrated the contents of resolution no. 3411 clarifying that it concerns the recognition of the off-balance sheet debt of €. 653,34 in compliance with the order of the Execution Judge, following notification of the writs of injunction and seizure.
The President also highlighted the usefulness of the municipal attorney's office preparing a statistic of the cases that it follows every year and with what outcome. You then declared resolutions no. discussed. 3086 and n. 3411, which can be submitted to the City Council for examination.

Agenda: Introduction to the functioning of CRM and projects related to civic services. They will be present:

OUTCOME:

The Director of the Civic Services-Participation and Sport Department and the CRM Area Director described the activities of the Municipality's Customer Relationship Management, at the basis of the relationship between citizens and the various services of the Municipality, then answering the questions posed by the Councilors .

Joint Council Commission European Funds, PNRR, European and International Policies e Education and Food Policy (Chaired by Councilor Pacente Carmine and Councilor Pontone Marzia)
Agenda: "Earthshotprize and Globalforum Barcelona". They will be present:

• Deputy Mayor Anna Scavuzzo with responsibility for Education and Food Policy;
• dr. Andrea Magarini, Coordinator of the Food Policy of Milan;
• dr. Filippo Gavazzeni, Head of the MUFPP Secretariat.

OUTCOME:

The Deputy Mayor, with the help of the Head of the MUFPP (Milan Urban Food Policy Pact) Secretariat, announced that, since 2015, the Municipality of Milan has been at the center of increasingly structured work on food policy issues for which Milan is today recognized among the most innovative cities at an international level, as demonstrated by the award recently won by the Municipality awarded by the Royal Foundation of Prince William of England. Over 200 cities are participating in this initiative, having recently gathered in Barcelona on the occasion of the Global Forum and on which further information was given. The Councilors congratulated the Deputy Mayor for the work carried out in recent years on food policy issues and asked for some clarifications on which a prompt response was given.

Council Commission Mobility - Environment - Greenery and Animals e Institutional Affairs and the Metropolitan City (Chaired by Councilor Monguzzi Carlo and Councilor Fedrighini Enrico)
Agenda: "CHARTER OF CITIES FOR THE HUMAN RIGHT TO WATER".

Hearing of Dr. Rosario Lembo - National President of the Italian Committee for the World Water Contract - Onlus (CICMA) and the architect. Cinzia Thomareizis - National Secretary of the Italian Committee for the World Water Contract (CICMA) ".

OUTCOME:

During the session, the National President and the National Secretary of the Italian Committee of the World Water Contract illustrated the main aspects of the "City Charter for the Human Right to Water" and put forward the request for the Municipality of Milan to join it . Councilor Grandi expressed great interest in the document presented and declared her support for the initiative. Particular attention was paid to the contents of the art. 6 of the Competition Bill, recently approved by Parliament, which essentially provides for the privatization of all local services; in this regard, a motion was presented to contrast the provisions of the government provision.

Agenda: Presentation of the Milan 2035 Project. Participants will be:

• Dr. Valentina La Terza, responsible for the Milan 2035 project.

OUTCOME:

The guests illustrated the contents of the Milan 2035 project which aims to offer students and young workers the opportunity for accommodation at moderate prices while also proposing a new way of living in which solidarity and sharing are at the centre. This project is supported by public bodies and supported by foundations and consortia. They also provided data and figures aimed at understanding its development starting from 2018, the starting year.
The councilors expressed appreciation and indicated possible interactions with the Commissions and the Administration.

Council Commission Urban Regeneration (Chaired by Councilor Ceccarelli Bruno)
Agenda: Discussion on the resolution of the City Council having as its object: "Proposal referred to in article 1, paragraph 304, letter a), of law no. 27 of 2013 December 147, as amended by art. 62 of the decree-law of 24 April 2017 , no. 50 coordinated with the conversion law of 21 June 2017 no. 96, relating to the "Milan Stadium"> received on 10 July 2019 already declared - with conditions and provisions - of public interest with resolution GC 08/11/2019 No. 1905. Confirmation of the declaration of public interest - with conditions - in relation to the contents of the project documents submitted on 6 November 2020. The following will participate:

• the Councilor for Urban Regeneration Giancarlo Tancredi,
• the Director of the Urban Planning Department arch. Simona Collarini.

OUTCOME:

The Councilor for Urban Regeneration illustrated to the Councilors the Council resolution which confirms the declaration of public interest, with conditions, regarding the construction of a new stadium. The same Councilor and the Director of the Urban Planning Sector then responded to the Councillors' questions, especially regarding the public debate that should be educated regarding the planning.

Council Commission  Education and Food Policy (Chaired by Councilor Pontone Marzia)
Agenda: Presentation of a public notice, through accreditation of qualified bodies, for the co-planning of educational, psycho-social, cultural, recreational and sporting activities for minors, their families and participating educational institutions, for the implementation of the "school" project high educational intensity school incubator hubs. They will be present:

• the Deputy Mayor Anna Scavuzzo, with responsibility for Education and Food Policy,
• Dr. Sabina Banfi, Director of the Education Department.

OUTCOME:

In the presence of the Deputy Mayor, as well as Councilor for Education, and the major managers of the Education Directorate, the presentation session of the project "School Hub, school incubators with high educational intensity", which provides interventions to combat educational poverty and marginalization, took place social so as to stem school dropout and dropout. For this purpose, the comprehensive schools of eight different 23 districts of Milan were focused. The project is in line with previous administrative acts which have composed the paths for defining policies and programs to promote the well-being of children and young people, as well as the related applications within the Welfare Development Plan 2021 - 2023 and the guidelines for the use of state funds pursuant to Law n.285/97. The councilors present were able to delve deeper into the stages of implementation of the project, asking questions which were answered comprehensively.
