Agenda: RESOLUTION N. 1511/2021 FUNERAL AND CEMETERY SERVICES AREA - Approval of the additions and partial amendments to articles 2, 3, 4, 7, 10, 14, 17, 18, 20, 28, 32 and Annex 1 - Technical Standards - of the Funeral and Cemetery Services Regulations of the Municipality of Milan. This provision does not involve any expense. They will be present:

OUTCOME:

The Councilor and the Offices illustrated the content of the provision by delving into the content of the modified articles and analyzing the reasons that led to these variations, which are largely technical. The councilors asked some questions on specific points to which the Councilor and the Offices responded fully. The Presidents have thus approved the measure which can continue its process in the Council Chamber.

Agenda: “Treatment of Resolution no. 1521/2021: Approval of the modification of the art. 4.1 of the MM SpA Statute; and the guidelines aimed at the subsequent assignment to MM SpA of the management of the green assets of the Municipality of Milan." They will be present:

OUTCOME:

The Councilor and the Offices illustrated the provision in question, clarifying that it concerns the modification of the art. 4.1 of the current Statute of MM Spa through the inclusion of the proposition "the management of green areas, including all redevelopment and maintenance interventions of the aforementioned areas", for the subsequent assignment of this management to MM.
A debate followed during which some Councilors expressed doubts on the merits and formulated questions to which the Councilor and the Offices provided answers.
At the end of the discussion the Presidents declared resolution no. discussed. 1521, which was then submitted to the work of the municipal council.

Agenda: Proposed Resolution - Transport and Parking Area - Number 1885: Approval of the amendment to the articles. 5 and 6, paragraph 1, of the ATM SpA Statute Transfer of ownership to ATM SpA of the municipal areas located in viale Toscana and via Triboniano for the construction of depots functional to the full electric local public transport service. OUTCOME:

The Mobility Councillor, with the support of some managers of the Municipality and ATM, presented the proposal for resolution no. 1885 which provides for an amendment to the ATM Statute to allow it to acquire, in its share capital, assets in addition to financial resources. This operation is necessary to be able to give this company two areas, located respectively in viale Toscana and via Triboniano, to create two depots for electric buses equipped with charging stations, a workshop and a canteen for employees. In the event that, following a tender, ATM was no longer managing Local Public Transport, the two areas would return to the availability of the Municipality of Milan. After having provided all the clarifications requested by the Councilors on the proposal, this resolution was considered for discussion.

Agenda:

1) GENERAL MANAGEMENT: Resolution no. 1748 SUBJECT: Implementation of City Council resolution no. 607 of 28 May 2021 in relation to the postponement of the deadlines for the entity's tax levies, provided for by municipal regulations, and specific concessions on payment terms. The measure does not involve any expense.

2) REAL ESTATE AREA Resolution n.1663 SUBJECT: COVID-19 health emergency - Measures to support entrepreneurial activities holding state concessions in the Darsena port area. Regulation for the regulation of administrative functions delegated to the Municipality of Milan relating to the Darsena port area, approved with council resolution no. 12 of 17.05.2017 adaptation to the new Single Property Fee established and governed by the Regulation approved with council resolution no. 23 of 11.03.2021.

The Budget Councilor illustrated the contents of the proposals for Resolution no. 1663 and 1748. The first concerns the extension of the exemption from the fee on the occupation of public land to the economic activities gravitating in the Darsena port area, while the second concerns the postponement of some deadlines of the body's tax levies. The two resolution proposals were discussed and approved at the end of the session.

Agenda: RESOLUTION N. 1772/2021 Declaration of prevailing public interests for the purposes of maintaining part of the structures of Cascina Molino Torrette and part of the structures of Cassinetta San Gregorio, located in via Giuseppe Marotta within the Lambro Park, pursuant to art. . 31, paragraph 5 of Presidential Decree 380/2001 and subsequent amendments and approval of the Hydraulic Risk Scenario of flood event of the Civil Protection Plan - Floodplain area on the left orographic bank of the Lambro River from Cascina Gobba to Via Feltre.

OUTCOME:

The Councilor for Urban Planning, Greenery and Agriculture, the Director of the Urban Planning Area, the Director of the General Urban Planning Area and the Director of the Integrated Security and Civil Protection Area illustrated resolution no. 1772-2021 concerning the declaration of prevailing public interests, for the purposes of maintaining part of the structures of Cascina Molino Torrette and Cassinetta San Gregorio, located in Parco Lambro. The Councilors expressed opinions in favor of the adoption of the measure. The Presidents of the Commission have declared it discussed, so that it can be subjected to examination by the City Council.

Agenda: "Presentation of the anti-heat plan".

OUTCOME:

The Head of the Anti-Heat, Anti-Solitude and Sociality Plan described its main characteristics, the services provided and the methods of access to them, then comparing the various requests received so far with those of 2020. She then answered the questions posed to her by the Councilors and by the President, who at the end declared the topic discussed.

Agenda: Resolution n.2870/2021 "Approval of the new Regulation for the implementation of the participation rights of the Municipality of Milan". Will participate:

OUTCOME:

The proposed Resolution no. 2870/2021, discussed during the meeting, was preceded by a long preparatory work and by some meetings of Commissions which examined the main aspects in depth. The new Regulation for the implementation of the participation rights of the Municipality of Milan, presented by the Councilor for Participation and an integral part of the aforementioned act, was considered by some Councilors to be poorly structured for the citizen's right to participate in choices to be effective of the Administration, in particular, regarding the participatory budget. The proposed Resolution was approved by the Commissions and can, therefore, continue its process in the City Council.

Agenda: Resolution No. 1844/2021 HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATION AREA "Recognition of the off-balance sheet debt pursuant to art. 194, 1st paragraph letter a), Legislative Decree 267/2000, deriving from the payment of the total sum of €8.998,07, 1267, in execution of the sentence of the Court of Milan - Labor Section no. 2021/03.06.2021 published on XNUMX. The provision entails expense.

OUTCOME:

The Deputy Commander of the Local Police illustrated the contents of Resolution no. 1844, pointing out that the off-balance sheet debt of €8.998,07 relates to the payment of legal expenses relating to the sentence of the Court of Milan - Labor Section no. 1267/2021, which sees the municipal administration losing in court. At the end of the illustration the Presidents declared the Resolution in question discussed.

OUTCOME:

In the presence of the Councilor for Sport and Tourism and the Director of "Milano & Partners", the session was held to present the strategies of YesMilano, the city's tourism promotion website, which sees a continuous growth of followers and subscribers also in 2020, with a view to relaunching Milan to pre-pandemic levels in terms of tourist visitors, using different social channels depending on the different audiences. The councilors present were able to make their observations on improving the image of Milan in order to make it increasingly attractive on the international scene.
