Agenda: Resolution no. 753 Information Systems and Digital Agenda Directorate “Recognition of off-balance sheet debt pursuant to art. 194, paragraph 1, letter a) of Legislative Decree no. 267/2000 deriving from a judicial ruling unfavorable to the Municipality of Milan, referred to in sentence no. 279/2021 of the Court of Milan in a civil case brought by the company AM Group Srl, for a total amount of €50.886,68".

OUTCOME:

The Councilor and the Offices illustrated the contents of resolution no. 753, specifying that the payment of the sums deriving from an unfavorable executive sentence to the municipal administration is subject to the approval by the municipal council of the related off-balance sheet debt, as established by the Court of Auditors. It was also pointed out that this obligation also exists in the event that it is possible to settle the dispute from which the aforementioned sums originate, as in the case of the provision in question. At the end of the explanation and the interventions of the Councillors, the President declared resolution no. discussed. 753 which can be submitted to the City Council for examination.

Council Commission Mobility-Transport-Environmental Policies-Energy-Civil Protection-Animals-Green (Chaired by Councilor Monguzzi Carlo)
Agenda: Hearing of taxi drivers' representatives. They will be present:

OUTCOME:

The taxi drivers' associations presented their complaints regarding the good taxis, the lack of public toilets and the safety protocol not yet signed and the Mobility Councilor responded on the merits of the arguments, illustrating the Administration's strategies, while still meeting the disfavor of some Councilors and the final note from the associations, not regarding the actions that will be implemented, which they are in favor of, but regarding the delay in the timing of their implementation, which was considered by them as a shortcoming of consideration for the category.

Council Commission for Labor Policies - Economic Development - Productive Activities - Trade - Human Resources - Fashion - Design (Presided over by Councilor Specchio Laura)
Agenda: Progress of the Smart City Lab project in Via Ripamonti 88. The following will be present:

OUTCOME:

Councilor Tajani and the Head of the Economy and Work Department presented the “Smart City Lab” project (laboratory dedicated entirely to technologies for the intelligent, inclusive and sustainable city). This project, which will be developed in the Ripamonti/Vettabia area, is the result of a Program Agreement between the Municipality of Milan and the Ministry for Economic Development. The economic resources made available by the latter will be €5.000.000, entirely intended for the construction of the structure that will host the operational spaces and the Administration's contribution will be equal to €500.000 and will concern the internal equipment. Once construction is completed, scheduled for next June, the tender notice for identifying the managing body will be published. The structure will host spaces open to the neighborhood.

Joint Council Commission Urban Planning-Private Construction, Milanese Agricultural System and Culture (Chaired by Councilor Ceccarelli Bruno and Councilor Turco Angelo)
Agenda: Projects relating to the doubling of the Museo del Novecento.

OUTCOME:

The International Design Competition for the creation of a passage between the two Arengarios of Piazza Duomo, in order to convert and annex the second Arengario to the visit route of the Museum of the Twentieth Century to create a single large exhibition complex. The declared aim is to expand the current exhibition spaces in order to narrate the history of 20th century art reaching the threshold of contemporaneity. The councilors present were able to make their observations and proposals regarding the project in its feasibility aspects.

Agenda: Presentation/Update on the Martinengo School Gardens Participatory Budget Project. They will be present:

OUTCOME:

The Councilors illustrated the path that led to the development of the project and the project itself. They described in depth the stages that followed up to today's phase which is that of the executive planning and examination of the projects. The guests underlined the contribution offered in designing the intervention and following its various phases, underlining the importance of continuing on the path of the Participatory Budget which has the advantage of connecting citizens with local and central institutions.

OUTCOME:

The Head of the Anti-Money Laundering Office and two members of the Anti-Mafia Committee of the Municipality of Milan illustrated the procedures relating to reports of suspicious transactions, which are sent to the Anti-Money Laundering Office. They therefore responded to the requests for information formulated by the Councilors regarding which municipal departments present the greatest number of reports, the activities carried out by the representatives who deal with the practices, the indicators that are taken into consideration and the methodologies that are adopted .
