Agenda: Situation update of the former Palasharp. The participation of the following is expected in the Commission:

OUTCOME:

The session focused on the current condition of the former Palasharp of Lampugnano, both from a technical-structural profile and from a strictly legal point of view, giving rise to a complex debate in the presence of the Councilor for Sport and the highest officials managers of the areas involved in the essential redevelopment intervention, made necessary in view of the next Olympics and Paralympics. The councilors were thus able to ask the Councilor and the technicians present their questions and requests for further information, to which exhaustive answers were provided.

Joint Council Commission Budget-Real Estate ed Education-Food Policy (Chaired by Councilor D'Amico Simonetta and Councilor Pontone Marzia)
Agenda: OF THE. N 2921/2021 BUDGET AND SUBSIDIARY DIRECTORATE: Guarantee provision pursuant to art. 207 of Legislative Decree 18/8/2000 n. 267 to guarantee the loan of €. 3.091.591,00 which the Banca di Credito Cooperativo di Milano SC will grant to the Fondazione Collegio delle Università Milanesi, for the financing of part of the expenditure necessary for the implementation of the efficiency, expansion and maintenance project of the municipally owned property located in Via San Vigilio n. 10, intended for the “University College of Milan”

OUTCOME: 

The Budget Councilor and the Deputy Mayor illustrated the reasons and contents of resolution no. 2921-2021, which has as its object the issuing of a surety to guarantee a loan requested by the Fondazione Collegio delle Università Milanesi for the financing of part of the expenditure necessary for the implementation of the efficiency, expansion and maintenance project of the municipally owned property, home to the College. At the end of the ensuing debate, during which the Councilors and the Director of the Foundation intervened, the Presidents of the Commissions declared resolution no. 2921-2021 discussed, sending it to the City Council for debate.

Council Commission Welfare and Health 
Agenda:

• 1) President election;

OUTCOME:

The Commission proceeded with the election of President and Vice President in the persons of councilors Fumagalli and Pedroni. The councilors intervened by identifying areas of intervention on which the Commission could work during the mandate.

Council Commission Security and Social Cohesion (Chaired by Councilor Albiani Michele)
Agenda: Collection of requests regarding safety and social cohesion from the Councilors.

OUTCOME:

During the session the Councilors had the opportunity to present the topics and themes they would like the Commission to deal with in the coming months. In particular, the reinstatement of the Neighborhood Police, the supervision of public parks by the Municipal Police and interventions to regulate the nightlife in various neighborhoods of the city were requested. The President took note of the requests received and announced that, on the basis of the above, he will organize the work of the Commission.

Council Commission Economic Development and Labor Policies (Chaired by Councilor Orso Mauro)
Agenda: HEARING OF TRADE ASSOCIATIONS and CITIZENS regarding concessions on temporary light public land occupations. Will participate:

• -Alessia Cappello (Councillor for Economic Development and Labor Policies),
• -dr. Carlo Squeri (Confcommercio Milan),
• -dr. Vincenzo Carmelo Franco (Confesercenti Milan),
• -The MilaNo Degrado and Malamovida Committee.

OUTCOME:

During today's meeting, the increase in the number of public spaces occupied, free of charge, by tables and dehors was highlighted and also the need for greater controls, especially on green areas, through the introduction of more rules. The condition of the operators penalized by the lack of external spaces in which to place chairs and tables was also recalled and some critical issues were reported by the "MilaNo Degrado e Malamovida" Committee.
