Agenda: Presentation Centro Alba. They will speak:

OUTCOME:

The guests illustrated the Casa Alba project, explaining its contents and highlighting the network that was formed and made the reopening possible in a new location. They underlined that within marginalization the combination of the two elements of woman and homelessness amplifies fragility, hence the belief in the usefulness of this structure. The Councilor underlined the validity of the project and the possibility that this formula could become a possibility for the future in the management of some situations. The councilors appreciated what was achieved and asked some questions to better understand the functioning mechanism of the structure which were answered. Some councilors then asked for clarification regarding the project concerning Casa Jannacci to which the Councilor responded, also declaring himself available to participate in a session dedicated to the topic.

OUTCOME:

The Councilors continued the debate on the A2A Industrial Plan, which began in the Commission on January 26th. A2A's top management responded on the merits to the questions posed. At the end, the Presidents postponed the discussion to a subsequent session, to delve deeper into some specific issues, in particular regarding strategic choices and the effective involvement of the Municipality and politics in the same in the future.

OUTCOME:

The proposed Resolution no. 124/2021 (with annexed Municipal Regulation, concerning the establishment of the "Single Fee", replacing the entire sector of minor local taxes (Cosap, ICP and CIMP) and already approved in the previous dedicated Commission session, was the subject for further in-depth analysis in the presence of representatives of the interested categories. Councilor Tasca had the opportunity to clarify that some changes or additions, announced during the meeting, will be evaluated favorably, provided that the budget balance of the organization remains unaffected.

Agenda: Resolution No. 3399-2020 "Recognition, pursuant to art. 194, c. 1, letter a), of Legislative Decree 267/00, of the off-balance sheet debt for the amount of €12.883,28 deriving from the execution of sentence no. 1739/2020 of the Regional Administrative Court for Lombardy." Will participate:

OUTCOME:

The Director of the Home Care and Health Culture Area illustrated resolution no. 3399-2020 concerning the recognition of an off-balance sheet debt deriving from the execution of a sentence of the Regional Administrative Court for Lombardy, for the recognition of support measures for serious disabilities and non-self-sufficiency. At the end of the illustration, the President of the Commission declared the provision to be discussed and could be submitted to the City Council for examination.

Representatives of the Vivisarpi Association presented the publication: Sarpi. Our neighborhood between and, from the ancient "Borgo degli Ortolani" to the current "Chinatown Milanese", which, through the testimonies of residents, tells the story of this neighborhood, which has now become an example of integration of the Italian and Chinese communities. To underline the shared passion for the neighborhood of the two populations, the book was written in both Italian and Chinese. All the Councilors congratulated the creation of this text and asked how it was possible to purchase it.

OUTCOME:

The Deputy Mayor and Councilor for Security, together with the Councilor for Education and Instruction, presented a brief overview of the state of progress of the Teencity Projects, financed by Law 285/97. The illustration went into the merits of the transversal objectives of the 3 projects, the common actions and the related costs. The councilors asked the usual in-depth questions, which were answered comprehensively.
