OUTCOME:

During the session, the President and Vice President of the Education and Food Policy Commission were elected, Councilor Pontone and Councilor Giungi respectively.
Councilor Scavuzzo and the offices also illustrated the contents of resolution no. 2633 clarifying that it concerns the recognition of an off-balance sheet debt in compliance with an order of the Ordinary Court of Milan. They pointed out that it will be possible to proceed with the payment of the amount only following the approval of the aforementioned off-budget debt by the City Council.
At the end of the explanation and the interventions of the Councillors, the President declared resolution no. discussed. 2633 which can be submitted to the City Council for examination.

The proposal for Resolution no. was declared discussed in the same session. 3046/21 which, therefore, can continue its process in the City Council.
