Agenda: Examination of the activities carried out and the problems that emerged during the snowfall of the last 2 weeks. They will be present:

• the Councilors Marco Granelli and Pierfrancesco Maran;
• the companies Amsa and Atm and the Miami consortium.

OUTCOME:

The Councilors and guests analyzed the problems that arose during the snowfall on 28 December 2020 and showed the actions implemented to resolve the inevitable treacherous situations that arose. Some Councilors particularly reported critical issues related to traffic disruptions, branches and trees fallen due to the weight of the snow, the lack of salt, and the number of vehicles and shovelers used. The guests and the Councilors provided some answers to these findings. At the end of the time available, not having exhausted the answers to the numerous questions asked, the Presidents ordered the topic in question to be postponed to another session.

Agenda: State of maintenance and cleanliness of the construction sites and construction sites of the M4 / progress of work and timetable. The following will be present at the works:

• Councilor Marco Granelli;
• the M4 Company.

OUTCOME:

Councilor Granelli and the President of M4 illustrated to those present the progress of the works on the new metro line, the timetable revised in light of the pandemic phenomenon, the interventions to replace the ceilings and the restoration and/or redevelopment actions of road surfaces affected by construction sites. It was also communicated that the first section of the M4 (Forlanini Airport/Forlanini railway stop) will probably be inaugurated next April, provided that the evolution of the health emergency allows it and that the entire work will be delivered by the end of 2023. During the ensuing debate, doubts were raised about the electoral nature of this initiative, remarks about the conditions affecting the areas hosting the construction sites of the new metropolitan line (poor lighting, abandoned and not removed waste, deafening noises during the night hours but not only and difficulties of the shopkeepers close to the construction sites) and proposed some functional measures on the pedestrian connections between the MM lines in the correspondence stops.
