• 3) Del. n. 2763-2021 LAWYER DIRECTORATE Recognition, pursuant to art. 194, c. 1, letter. a), of Legislative Decree 267/00, of off-balance sheet debts deriving from the payment of legal expenses for n. 9 executive judicial measures unfavorable to the Municipality of Milan in cases followed by the Municipal Attorney's Office for a total of €. 41.499,28. The measure involves expense.
• 4) Of the n. 2858-2021 SPECIALIST COLLECTION AND COLLECTION DIRECTORATE Recognition of off-balance sheet debts pursuant to art. 194 paragraph 1 letter a) of the Consolidated Law on Local Authorities (TUEL), deriving from the payment of legal expenses for executive judicial measures unfavorable to the Municipality of Milan in cases under the jurisdiction of the Specialized Collection and Collection Directorate for a total of €29.335,09.

OUTCOME:

During today's session, Councilor Simonetta D'Amico was unanimously elected as President of the Commission and, however, the election of the Vice President was postponed to another date as no agreement was reached between the political forces present. On the same occasion, the proposals for Resolution no. were declared discussed. 2763/2021 and 2858/2021 which can, therefore, continue their process in the City Council

Joint Council Commission Budget - Real Estate e Control of Participatory Bodies
Agenda:  Resolution no. 2870/2021 BUDGET AND INVESTMENT DIRECTORATE Consolidated Budget of the Municipality of Milan for the 2020 financial year. The following will participate:

• Councilor Emmanuel Conte;
• the Director of the Budget and Participates Department, Dr. Roberto Colangelo;
• Dr. Laura Peroncini Participate Area.

OUTCOME:

The Councilor illustrated in depth the resolution regarding the Consolidated Financial Statements for the 2020 financial year, specifying the matter being dealt with and focusing on some significant points. The councilors asked some questions to which the Councilor and the Offices responded fully. At the end, the Presidents declared the examination of the provision in the Commission concluded and ordered that it continue its process in the City Council.

• 3) RESOLUTION N. 2860/21 URBAN SAFETY DIRECTORATE Recognition of off-balance sheet debts, pursuant to art. 194 paragraph 1, letter. A) of Legislative Decree 267/2000, deriving from the payment of legal expenses for unfavorable executive judicial measures issued by the judicial authority against the Municipality of Milan in appeals against violations ascertained by the Local Police, by the voluntary ecological guards, by the operators ecological operators Amsa and other public inspectors, for a total of €. 7130,40.

OUTCOME:

During the session, the President and Vice President of the Commission were elected. Albiani Michele was elected as President and Nahum Daniele as Vice President, who, after the proclamation, thanked their colleagues who spoke in their favor. The proposal for Resolution no. was declared discussed in the same session. 2860/21 which, therefore, can continue its process in the City Council.
