Agenda: “Presentation of the Porta Digitale project by BiP” The Commission will be attended by:

OUTCOME:

The Head of the Human Capital Center of Excellence of the BIP (Business Integration Partners) company illustrated the "Digital Door" project, offered free of charge to the Municipality of Milan and citizens, as part of the collaboration born between the Administration and some private entities with "Alliance for Digital Milan". She then responded, together with the Digital Councillor, to the questions posed by the Councillors, also collecting their suggestions for the dissemination of the project, which has as its objective the education and training of the greatest number of citizens in the use of digital tools, to the point of making them autonomous in this area.

Agenda: Hearing Eng. Gianni Verga and arch. Massimo Roj regarding the densification project of the San Siro district. The following were invited to the Commission's work:

OUTCOME:

Representatives of the "Progetto CMR" design company presented a proposal for the urban and social regeneration of the S. Siro district through a pilot urban densification intervention which involves the involvement of private operators. With this intervention, the usable green part of the neighborhood would increase from the current 9.250 m100.000. to 81.500 m68.500, the covered surface area would decrease from 336.000 m1.000.000. to XNUMX mXNUMX, while the built surface area would increase from the current XNUMX mXNUMX. to XNUMX mXNUMX. The Councilors expressed their interest in the proposal, focusing in particular on the concrete methods of implementing the project.

Agenda:Illustration of the announcement published by MM "Case Città: award to support initiatives promoted by tenant committees. The following will participate in the commission:

  • Councilor Gabriele Rabaiotti,
  • the President of MM Simone Dragone,
  • the Director of the MM Home Division Eng. Corrado Bina,
  • The Director of Communication and Institutional Relations Eng. Luca Montani,

OUTCOME:

The Councilor for Social and Housing Policies and the speakers, representatives of MM, invited to the commission provided specifics regarding the announcement published by MM "Case Città: prize in support of the initiatives promoted by the tenant committees" underlining that the Municipality of Milan intends to support and increase the offer of territorial animation activities and collaborative microservices within the public housing units owned by the Municipality of Milan; strengthen the presence and functioning of the Tenants Committees, which in these neighborhoods carry out valuable work for the quality of life and social inclusion, as well as encouraging the creation of new Tenant Committees.The Councilors asked questions on the merits to which exhaustive answers were given.
