Agenda: “Prospects and problems of expanding district heating in Milan. Hearing of Dr. Lorenzo Spadoni – President CEO of A2A Heat and Services”
OUTCOME:
The hearing of the President and CEO of A2A on the prospects, and related problems, of the expansion of the district heating system in Milan took place in the presence of the top executives of the Participates and Real Estate Assets Department. The main ongoing projects envisaged within the 2020 - 2024 Development Plan were presented. The councilors present were thus able to learn the details of A2A's strategy towards this key factor for the energy transition, as well as enrich the debate with the their observations.

OUTCOME:
The Councilor for Urban Planning provided specifications regarding the 2020 budget forecast of the Urban Planning Directorate, highlighting the increase in income deriving from urbanization costs. The Councilors asked questions on the merits which were given exhaustive answers. At the end the Presidents considered the topic concluded.

OUTCOME:
The Housing Councilor illustrated the 2020 budget relating to the Directorate of the same name, highlighting the increase in spending for the management of ERP housing which went from 79.389.900 euros in 2019 to 80.855.000 in 2020 and the commitment of the Administration in the recovery of empty apartments.

OUTCOME:
The Councilor and the Offices illustrated the contents of the 2020 Budget, clarifying that current expenses amount to 7 million and 748 thousand euros, capital expenditure included in the Three-Year Public Works Plan is equal to 184 million euros and 49 million euros capital receipts.
The Councilor also clarified that there are 8 projects included in the PTO which relate to the reclamation, conservative rehabilitation of some existing school buildings and the construction of new school buildings in Municipalities 5, 6, 8 and 9.
The Councilors raised some observations and formulated questions to which the Councilor and the Offices responded exhaustively

Councilor Tajani, assisted by the Area Director, illustrated the chapters of the 2020 - 2022 Forecast Budget with particular attention to current expenditure not tied to regional, national or European funding. Requests for clarification, made by some Councilors, concerned the verification of the regularity of the positions of the concession holders, in view of the imminent related tender and the reimbursements foreseen for those traders whose businesses are close to the MM4 construction sites and with regard to the related The tender notice, currently being published, calls for its extension to a greater number of beneficiaries and an increase in the sum recognized.

OUTCOME:
The Councilor and the Offices, after having pointed out that the revenue from the municipal budget is also fueled by dividends from the investee companies, clarified that the total dividends included in the 2020 budget is equal to 144,40 million euros.

In the presence of the Councilor for Education and Instruction, as well as the top managers of the Education Directorate, the presentation of the 2020 Budget of this Directorate took place. The services announced for the current year, foreseen in current spending, were reviewed, going into detail on the most relevant ones by Area. The councilors present were thus able to contribute their opinions to the analysis of the data presented.

OUTCOME:
The Councilor and the Offices promptly illustrated the budget forecast regarding the Culture Directorate. The Councilor focused on the correspondence between the figures referring to the revenue tied between this year's forecast and the previous year's figure. Provides detailed description regarding current and capital income and expenditure. It highlights some aspects regarding the increase in tourists who are mostly motivated by cultural offers, an element that has led to greater visits to exhibition venues and exhibitions. The councilors made observations and asked various questions to which the Councilor and the Offices provided complete and detailed answers.

Agenda: Resolution no. 181 Circ. 286 Budget and Subsidiaries Directorate Single Planning Document (DUP) and Budget Forecast 2020-2022. Councilor Roberto Tasca will be present.
OUTCOME:
The Budget Councilor participated in the final session for the presentation of the 2020 budget, resolution no. 181, placing the emphasis on the 2020-2022 financial planning for the part relating to capital investments. After a brief debate, in which all the clarifications requested by the Councilors were provided, the President of the Commission declared the resolution to be discussed and can now be evaluated by the City Council.
