Agenda: "Collaboration Agreements Update".

OUTCOME:

The Councilor and the guests illustrated the new "Collaboration Agreements" which can restart now, after the closure imposed by Covid. They explored the Pacts currently in implementation, such as that of via Rho, that of via Pacini and that of piazza Ferrara. They underlined that these projects arise from the proposals of associations and citizens who intend to revitalize the city's neighborhoods. The councilors asked for some clarifications to which the guests and the Councilor provided precise answers.

Agenda: Refund of ATM subscriptions, financial sustainability of public transport in light of the new regulations. Will be present: Dr Arrigo Giana, engineer Marco Pivi. Councilor Granelli was also invited.

OUTCOME:
In the presence of the Councilor for Mobility and Public Works, as well as the General Director of ATM, a session was held focused on the judicial operation which led, in the morning, to the arrest of thirteen people including two officials of the transport company Milanese public. The accusation concerns irregularities for bribes on public tenders, to the detriment of the company. While waiting to ascertain the possible criminal responsibility of the two ATM employees, immediately suspended from service, the General Manager declared himself extremely sorry for the discredit cast on the company itself, run by people who work honestly and are motivated daily by an impeccable spirit of service. Furthermore, in assuring that ATM will act with the utmost severity once the responsibilities have been ascertained, he announced that the company will be an injured party in the relevant legal proceedings.

OUTCOME:

The Councilors announced that in Milan, during the Covid-19 emergency, 1 million and 600 thousand meals were distributed, reaching 6 thousand families, in addition to 15.800 shopping vouchers.
They pointed out that through the 10 temporary hubs, created by the Municipality, each family unit received approximately 16 kg of shopping per week including basic products (rice, pasta, tomato sauce, biscuits, legumes), extra products (bread, milk, coffee, tea , chocolate, cheeses) and fresh fruit and vegetables.
A debate followed during which some Councilors asked questions to which the Councilors provided answers.

Agenda: Following the "judicial administration" provision issued by the Court of Reggio Calabria on the company AVR, parent company of Miami scarl which manages the green maintenance contract in Milan. Councilor Maran will be present.

OUTCOME:

The Councilor for Urban Planning, Green and Agriculture assisted by the Directors belonging to the Green Agriculture and Urban Furnishings Area have provided specifications relating to the "judicial administration" provision issued by the Court of Reggio Calabria on the company AVR, parent company of Miami scarl which manages the green maintenance contract in Milan due to mafia-related events. The Councillor, signatory of the request for the meeting, asked questions on the merits to which exhaustive answers were given.

The Councilor for IT Services and the managers of the relevant offices illustrated the We-Mi Project (Welfare Milan), both with regards to the activation and implementation over the years of the We-Mi Points in the city, and with regards to the development of the We-Mi Portal, within the Municipality's website; they then responded in detail to the questions posed by the Councillors.

The President of the M4 SpA Company and those responsible within the same for the application of the Legality Protocol illustrated to those present, in light of the latest updates of the Three-Year Plan for the Prevention of Corruption and for Transparency, the envisaged measures and the measures adopted by the M4 Company. Some requests for clarification, which inevitably crossed recent news events, concerned the role of AMAT and the function of "Whistleblowing

Agenda: Hearing of the Milan Fencing Academy Association which also offers fencing courses to disabled athletes and has been working with the Municipality for some time on the possibility of making the route from the subway to the Sports Center also accessible to disabled people.” They will be present :

OUTCOME:

The President of the Milan Fencing Academy illustrated the activities carried out by his association in via Sassetti 15, Milan. In this area there is a fencing gym for able-bodied athletes and those with disabilities (in wheelchairs, blind people, with intellectual-relational disabilities such as autism and Down's syndrome) and where physiotherapy rehabilitation courses for women who have undergone cancer surgery are also held. breast training as well as gentle gymnastics courses for people suffering from Alzheimer's. The structure is equipped with a fitness area used for various types of courses for people of any age, even with any physical or neurological problems. Given that a large part of the athletes are disabled, he calls for an increase in parking for disabled people near the gym and the creation of a tactile path from the M2 Gioia stop to the headquarters which, moreover, is located near the Lombardy Region building and a decentralized registry office, located in the same street. Therefore the route would also be used to access these public facilities. The Mobility Councilor announces that the implementation of what is requested is already being studied by the competent municipal offices. The Councilors ask for some clarifications on the activities and propose to carry out an inspection, as soon as possible, to see how the Academy has organized its work.
