Agenda: Hearing of the President of the Board of Directors of the Piccolo Teatro.

OUTCOME:

 

The President of the Piccolo Teatro communicated the data relating to the theatrical activities that took place during 2019. He focused on the events of 2020 which involved the world of live shows due to the health emergency. He then announced the artistic programming of the next theater season which will begin in October. Afterwards the debate took place on the topic relating to the designation of the new Director of the Piccolo Teatro and the related procedural deadlines.

Agenda: #estatepopolare: "Widespread summer centres". - Illustration of the initiative for children and young people aged 6 to 14 in the courtyards of public housing. The following will participate in the Commission:

OUTCOME:

The Councilor for Housing and Social Policies and the representatives of the CSI and the FOM described the positive experience of the Widespread Summer Centres, held from 10 August to 11 September in the blocks of public housing managed by MM and Aler, then answering the questions and to the requests of the Councillors.

Agenda: "Duc Island project and Duc update". Will participate:

OUTCOME:

The “L'ISOLA ARTIGIANA” project, presented by the DUC (Urban Commerce District) ISOLA, promoted by Confcommercio Milano and Confartigianato Milano and with the support of the Municipality of Milan, aims to recover the profound bond of the neighborhood with the world of crafts and artisan knowledge that has long characterized it. The project illustrated by Councilor Tajani and its managers is also characterized by its effective ability to combine tradition and innovation, also from an architectural point of view. It has aroused much enthusiasm among residents and will hopefully encourage the development of the area in a tourist-recreational perspective. Particular attention is paid to bookcrossing (Lille Islands) and will have a dedicated portal and a specific application (respectively: www.distrettoisola.it and Milano Isola District).

Joint Council Commission Mobility-Transport-Environmental Policies-Energy-Civil Protection-Animals-Green and Social Policies and Services for Health, Volunteering (Chaired by Councilor Monguzzi Carlo and Councilor Vasile Angelica)
Agenda: Presentation of the Milano Positiva APS Association, with attached slides. Presentation of the accessibility problem of the M1 Pasteur, Rovereto and Turro stops. Comparison request. They will speak:

OUTCOME:

A representative of the Milano Positiva Association, the Alfieri della Repubblica Italiana and people with disabilities, brought to the attention of the Commissions the problem of the impossibility of accessing three consecutive stops of the M1 line (Pasteur, Rovereto, Turro) for people with disabilities, elderly people, mothers with strollers, as they only have stairs and no lift. So the Administration was asked to remedy it. The Mobility Councilor replied that work is underway on the older metro lines to make them accessible to those with mobility problems and by 2026 it is expected to have all the stations of the five metro lines accessible to anyone.

Agenda: "Resumption of Milan Catering services upon reopening of schools. Updates". They will be present:

  • Laura Galimberti, Councilor for Education and Instruction.

OUTCOME:

In the presence of the Councilor for Education and Instruction, as well as the President of Milano Ristorazione SpA, the new methods of administering meals were illustrated, in light of the new regulations that guarantee health safety within schools. The councilors present were able to put forward their questions on the management of the service when schools reopen, to which exhaustive answers were given.

Budget-Taxes-State Property-Procurement Council Commission (Presided over by Councilor Conte Emmanuel)
Agenda: Tax Management and Control Area Resolution n. 232 - Circ.356 Personal income tax, municipal surcharge to IRPEF. Approval for the year 2020 of the higher exemption threshold (up to a taxable income determined for the purposes not exceeding €23.000,00) with consequent modification of the regulation (art. 6, paragraph 2, of the regulation for the application of the surcharge municipal tax on personal income)." The following will be present:

  • Director of Taxation and Controls Dr. Paolo Poggi.

Tax Management and Control Area Resolution no. 234 - Circ.356 Integration, pursuant to the amendments introduced with Legislative Decree 104/2020 art. 108, to Council resolution no. 37/2020 having as its object "approval of the rates relating to the municipal tax (IMU) with reference to the 2020 tax year, pursuant to the legislative changes introduced with Law 160/2019 (budget law)."

OUTCOME:

The Budget Councilor and the Director of the Tax Management and Control Area provided specifications relating to Resolutions no. 232, with which it is intended to raise the exemption threshold in favor of citizens with lower incomes in compliance with budget balances, and n. 234 with which the new IMU rates for the year 2020 are proposed, determined as provided for by Law no. 160/2019, as the sum of the previous IMU+TASI rates". The Councilors asked questions on the merits which were given exhaustive answers. At the end the President declared both Resolutions discussed.
