OUTCOME:

ARPA illustrated the methods they adopted to detect the pollutants present in the city's air and also provided the data concerning NOx and PM10 present. It also showed what contribution is made by various types of pollutants, such as vehicles, heating, firewood, etc. The councilors made observations and asked questions on specific aspects of the issue. The Councilor explored some aspects of resolution No. 191, already dealt with by the Commission, in order to show how the Administration intends to at least reduce the negative impact of these substances. ARPA finally responded to the questions by providing clarifications and indicating possible future areas of operation to be carried out jointly with the Municipality.

Agenda: Presentation of indifesa 2020 and the path of empowerment of girls in the hearing at the Municipality. Speakers: Paolo Ferrara - General Director - Terre des Hommes Italia Federica Giannotta - Head of Advocacy and Programs Italy - Fondazione Terre des Hommes Italia onlus.

OUTCOME:

During the session, some representatives of Terre des Hommes were heard who illustrated the awareness campaign "Indifesa 2020", a social communication project which aims to provide a concrete contribution to guaranteeing education, health, protection from violence, discrimination and abuse. All this starting from the condition of girls and boys in the world, in order to implement interventions in the various educational, social-welfare and sporting fields that allow us to overcome the so-called "gender gap", so rooted in many social contexts worldwide.

Agenda: Proposal for resolution N/249 “Identification of areas or individual properties to be excluded from the application of the art. 11 paragraph 5 of the Regional Law 11 March 2005 n. 12 and subsequent amendments pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 11 paragraph 5-quater of the same law. Modulation of the reduction of urbanization charges and the contribution to the cost of construction pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 43 paragraph 2-quinquies of the Regional Law 11 March 2005 n. 12 and subsequent amendments" The following will participate in the work of the Commission:

OUTCOME:

The Councilor illustrated the contents of the provision in question, clarifying that it identifies five territorial areas (Certosa, Lambrate, Corvetto/Rogoredo, Piazza Maggi, Segesta/San Siro) in reference to which characteristics of high accessibility and a widespread need are recognised. of urban regeneration and for which the increase in the maximum building index may be applied pursuant to art. 11 paragraph 5 of Regional Law 12/2005.

Councilor Tajani and the managers of the Work Department illustrated the details of two distinct tenders, with expected allocations, aimed at micro-enterprises, both in the case of new creation of activities and in the stabilization of those already present, with particular attention to those companies which, more than others, suffered the effects of last spring's confinement, in order to induce the relaunch of struggling economic activities and encourage an increase in employment. Furthermore, the same public notices gave special consideration to local and/or neighborhood shops, serving citizens and neighborhood communities.

OUTCOME:

A Councilor of the Medical Association and a family doctor illustrated the main critical issues encountered in tracking the Covid-19 virus and reported that they had presented to the Region since May and in view of a new wave of infections in October, a territorial project for the treatment of patients confined in quarantine and to be subjected to swab tests in territorial areas such as Municipalities, creating a sort of health "dispensaries" in every area of ​​the city. With respect to this project, however, there has been no feedback, neither from the Region nor from ATS and the situation of family doctors in the management of patients in fiduciary quarantine and in tracing the infection has practically collapsed, so the The Medical Association was forced to request an immediate lock-down to stem the situation. After their testimonies, a debate was opened, with questions from the Councillors, to which the two Doctors responded on the merits.

The Councilor for Sport and the Delegate for Sport of the Polytechnic of Milan have provided specifications relating to the redevelopment of the Giuriati Sports Center, highlighting its objectives: to bring its students, employees and pupils closer to sporting activity as a tool for personal growth, of aggregation and integration; support the Municipality of Milan to give the city a functional, modern and cutting-edge sports centre; offer clubs and schools a center where they can practice sporting activities at competitive prices; maintain faith in the original mission of the Mario Giuriati Sports Center, built between 1928 and 1933 as a sporting temple for rugby, athletics and football. The Councilors asked questions on the merits which were given exhaustive answers.

OUTCOME:

The Councilor for Culture illustrates to the Commission the "La Lettura Intorno" project for the promotion of reading and cultural offerings in the various neighborhoods of the city, in particular Stadera, Chiesa Rossa and Gratosoglio. The Director of the Municipality's Culture Area and the President of the Bookcity Association reported that several events were organized on the occasion of the event, to be held in remote connection, in order to create synergies between the various actors operating in the literary and cultural fields . At the end of the presentation the Commission took note of this and expressed its appreciation.

Agenda: On the side of the most fragile. Inauguration and educational courses of two new centers for minors with disabilities: "CaBò - Builders on board" and "The new Skills Workshop". They will be present:

During the meeting, two new centers dedicated to fragile minors were presented: "CaBò - Builders on board" and "The new Skills Workshop" which allow us to expand the offer in this area where the needs are still many. The Councilors have expressed their approval of the project and asked for some clarifications which were given an exhaustive response.
