Agenda:"Presentation of the winning projects of the 2019 Neighborhoods Call for Municipalities 4, 5 and 6 and their implementation".

OUTCOME:

The guests illustrated the contents of the winning projects of the 2019 District Call for Municipalities 4, 5 and 6, clarifying that for each of the nine city municipalities three projects are carried out with the proposal of activities of a social, sporting, recreational, environmental and cultural nature .
A debate followed during which some Councilors asked for clarifications to which the Offices provided a response.

Council Commission for Security and Social Cohesion, Local Police (Chaired by Councilor Pantaleo Rosario)
Agenda: inspection at the Rogoredo grove. At 10.15 am in front of the Rogoredo station. We will continue along via Sant' Arialdo until the entrance to the green area. Present at the commission will be:

• the Deputy Mayor - Security Councilor Anna Scavuzzo
• local police officials.

The meeting of the Members is set at 10.30 am in front of Rogoredo station or 10.15 am where they will go by their own means.

OUTCOME:

The councilors viewed the work completed at the Rogoredo grove. The Deputy Mayor illustrated the role played by the Municipality in interventions in the fields of repression, social policies and regeneration. You praised the work carried out by the Local Police, Police and Carabinieri, which is still continuing; just as you highlighted the restoration and care work carried out by Italia Nostra. The representatives of this Association illustrated the cleaning, reclamation and recovery work that it has carried out and is still implementing; also indicating the parts of the park for which intervention by the Administration is necessary.

Agenda: Public housing: Insights into the new assignment procedure. Participation in the Commission is expected:

OUTCOME:

The Councilor for Social and Housing Policies and the Director of the ERP Housing Assignment Area explained the difficulties in applying the new Regional Regulations for the assignment of ERP housing, then responding exhaustively to the Councillors' questions.

Joint Council Commission on Innovation, Transparency, Digital Agenda, Civil Status and Anti-Mafia (Chaired by Councilor Arienta Alice and Councilor Gentili David)
Agenda: 2019 annual report on the activity of the Guarantee body relating to reports of unlawful conduct by employees of the Municipality of Milan. They will be present:

• Luciano Ossani and Davide del Monte members of the guarantee body.  

OUTCOME:

The President and a member of the Guarantee Body illustrated the 2019 annual report, highlighting the role and functions of this Body, the methods of reporting illicit conduct and other activities relating to whistleblowing. They therefore provided a response to the Councilors regarding the actions that had been undertaken, as well as the types and mapping of the reports received.

Council Commission on Innovation, Transparency, Digital Agenda, Civil Status (Chaired by Councilor Arienta Alice)
Agenda: Monumental cemetery projects update. Will participate:

OUTCOME:

In the presence of the Councilor for Digital Transformation and Civic Services, as well as the top managers of the Civic Services Directorate and the Milan Foundation, the presentation of the activities aimed at enhancing the Monumental Cemetery complex took place. These initiatives include musical concerts and theatrical performances, as well as numerous thematic walks and guided tours within this emblematic place of the city, increasingly appreciated and visited by Milanese citizens, as well as foreign tourists.

Agenda: One Stop Shop Area for Construction of 182 circ. 288: "Recognition of legitimacy of the off-balance sheet debt pursuant to art. 194, paragraph 1, letter e) of Legislative Decree no. 267/2000, for the total amount of 6.117,65 euros due, by way of services rendered by 'The Revenue Agency, in relation to the appraisals carried out regarding the increase in value of some properties, pursuant to Presidential Decree 380/2001 and subsequent amendments." The following were invited to the Commission's work:
