OUTCOME:

In the presence of the Councilor for Public Works and Housing, who reported on the procedural changes for the implementation of the Three-Year Works Plan, the councilors present were able to delve into the merits of the projects envisaged by the aforementioned programmatic document, both in relation to the priorities that still exist , and on the state of construction of the works and the construction sites connected to them. Furthermore, the Councilor responded to the questions posed by the councilors on the individual interventions, pending the hearing scheduled in the City Council.

OUTCOME: 

The Councilor for Digital Transformation and Civic Services, the Directors of the Information Systems and Digital Agenda Directorate, of the Civic Services Directorate and of the General Services Area gave specifications relating to the budget of the three Directorates: Civic Services regarding services aimed at citizens; Siad with innovation and simplification projects of the digital structure; General Services regarding services and goods for operational functioning. The Councilors asked questions on the merits which were given exhaustive answers.

OUTCOME: 

During the session, which essentially concerned the expenditure items relating to mobility and the environment, some doubts emerged regarding the management of bicycle rental (Bike Sharing), assigned to ATM and through tenders, to private operators, on timing regarding certain interventions for the construction of preferential lanes, on the outcomes of the recently established Area B, on the costs of the M5 and the latter, overcoming the problems along the route, at the Garibaldi stop. Some Councilors say they are worried about Area B, considering it unsuitable for improving air quality.

OUTCOME: 

The Deputy Mayor illustrated in detail the contents of the 2019 Budget of the Security Directorate which overall records, compared to the 2018 Budget, a much lower current expenditure forecast and an increase in the revenue forecast.

OUTCOME:

The Councilor for Urban Economy and Work presented the 2019 Budget Forecast to the Commissioners, specifying in detail the related expenditure and revenue items, in particular the Work and Training Area as well as the economic innovation and business support projects , Numerous requests for clarification were presented by the Councilors, especially in reference to the contributions for traders affected by the M4 construction sites and the interventions regarding the city's Timetable Plan, to which the Councilor provided timely responses. OUTCOME: 

The councilors asked some questions about the general items of the budget forecast to which the councilor and the offices responded fully. At the end of the discussion, the President therefore declared the resolution discussed and can now be submitted to the City Council for examination.
