Agenda:  inspection "at the registry office of Melchiorre Gioia - Meeting in front of the registry office in Largo Aldo De Benedetti 2." .
The meeting of the Members is set at 10.00 am Largo Aldo De Benedetti 2 where they will go by their own means.

OUTCOME:

The Commissioners carried out the visit to the Registry Delegation in Largo De Benedetti, 1 Milan where they were able to view the state of the offices. In particular, the closure of the bathroom for disabled people was noted, due to part of the false ceiling falling due to a water leak, which should be restored soon.

Agenda: Resolution no. 160 Circular 253 General Urban Planning Area; Counter-arguments to the observations and definitive approval of the new Plan Document, of the variant of the Service Plan, including the Plan for Religious Equipment, and of the variant of the Rules Plan, constituting the Territorial Government Plan, pursuant to and for the purposes of the 'art. 13 of the Regional Law 11 March 2005 n. 12 and subsequent amendments. The following will participate in the Commission:

OUTCOME:

After a brief procedural introduction by the Councilor for Urban Planning, the representatives of Municipalities 1, 3 and 9 were heard, who explained the decisions taken by their Municipalities to the Commission. The Councilor therefore provided a response to the considerations and requests for information formulated by some Councillors. At the end of the debate the President declared the proposed resolution discussed, which will be submitted to the City Council for examination.

Agenda: Hearing of the companies of A2A, Unareti and Smart City for disservices on the electricity grid and investments in the Milan electricity grid and employment problems of the same companies.

Council Commission on Housing, Public Works, Erp (Chaired by Councilor D'Amico Simonetta)
Agenda: Illustration Resolution on the 2019 operational project Social Agency for Rental, the new regional and municipal measures. The following will be present in the commission:

• the Director of the Rental Policy Area, Arch. Francesco Bargiggia 
• Dr. Romano Guerinoni of the Ambrosiano Casa Welfare Foundation.

OUTCOME:

Councilor Rabaiotti, the Director of the Rental Policy Area and the General Director of the Ambrosiano Welfare Foundation reported to those present the nature of the interventions implemented by the municipal administration and the rental agency, to deal with the housing emergency in the city. Furthermore, the overall amount of available resources and that of the individual expenditure items (rent support, microcredit for tenants, tax breaks for owners) were presented. Furthermore, it has been demonstrated that the policies adopted by the Municipality of Milan and the Agency have favored the increase in rental contracts with agreed rent and the consequent increase in the number of residents in the city, especially young people.

Council Commission for Labor Policies, Economic Development, Productive Activities, Trade, Human Resources, Fashion and Design (Presided over by Councilor Specchio Laura)
Agenda: Administration and Human Resources Area, Resolution No. 159 circ. 248 "Recognition of off-balance sheet debt pursuant to art. 194, 1st paragraph letter a), Legislative Decree 267/2000, deriving from the payment of the sum of € 2.000,00, plus accessories from publication to the actual balance and €7.733,34, as legal expenses, in execution of the sentence of the Court of Appeal of Milan - Labor Section no. 695/2019 of 26.03.2019, published in date 16.05.2019." Resolution N.161 circ.254 "Recognition of the off-balance sheet debt pursuant to art. 194, 1st paragraph letter a), Legislative Decree 267/2000, deriving from the payment of the total sum of €75.336,45, in execution of the sentence of the Court of Milan - Labor Section n. 829/2019 of 28.03.2019, published on 20.05.2019"  Participants will be:

OUTCOME:

The Councilor for Labor Policies and the Director of Human Resources Organization provided specifics regarding resolutions n.159 and n.161, highlighting the reason why there was recognition of the off-balance sheet debt. The Councilors asked questions and asked for clarifications to which the Offices provided answers. At the end the President declared both Resolutions discussed.

Agenda:"Inspection at the ArtEducazione space in Via Giovanni Pontano 43 Milan corner of Via Angelo Mosso". They will be present:

• Sabina Banfi, Director of the School and Educational Services Area;   
• Federica Cantaluppi, Head of adolescent educational service..

The meeting of the Members is set at 10.30am in Via Giovanni Pontano 43 at the corner of Via Angelo Mosso where they will go by their own means.

OUTCOME:

The councilors went to the ArtEducazione space where the offices and collaborators illustrated the activity of the Service, highlighting the effective work carried out by the structure in the fight against school dropout. They focused on the most relevant aspects of the work and highlighted the methods. They also responded to the questions posed by the councilors and clarified what role the City Council could play to support and extend this initiative.

Joint Council Commission on Budget, Taxes, State Property and Procurement; Urban Planning, Private Construction, Milanese Agricultural System and Territorial Tourism-Marketing, Wellbeing, Sport and Leisure (Presided over by Councilor Conte Emmanuel, Councilor Ceccarelli Bruno and Councilor Fumagalli Marco Carlo)
Agenda: Meeting with Milan - Inter teams for the presentation of the project: Enhancement of the San Siro area. Will participate:

• Director of Thematic Planning and Area Enhancement Area Giancarlo Tancredi,
• Director of Urban Planning Simona Collarini,
• Director of the Civic Services, Participation and Sport Directorate Andrea Zuccotti,
• Representatives of the Milan - Inter clubs. 

OUTCOME:

The Councilors asked questions and expressed their doubts regarding the public convenience of the planning presented by the Inter and Milan football clubs for the stadium sector. The representatives of the teams declared that they had taken note of the comments raised by the Councillors, to which they will respond in writing.

Agenda: Women's schedule. They will be present:

• - Daria Colombo, Delegate for Gender Equal Opportunities.

OUTCOME:

In the presence of the Councilor for Culture, the 2020 cultural schedule was presented, entirely dedicated to the talents of women, in particular to women protagonists in the arts and creative thinking. The coordination of the program is entrusted to a Scientific Committee made up of personalities and excellences of the city of Milan and local public administrators. The councilors present enriched the initiative with operational proposals.
