Agenda: Inspection AT THE QUARRY PARK via Forze Armate/Via Cancano:
“Work in the Park”;
The Arch will be present at the Commission's work. Cesare Salvetat, manager of the Cave Park. The Agricultural Associations/Companies operating within the Park.

OUTCOME:  

The President of Municipality 7 and some members of its Urban Planning Commission, in the presence of numerous citizens of the area, accompanied the group of Councilors on the visit to the Cave Park. The green area, the subject of the inspection, will be affected by an overall rearrangement and reorganization program (five million euros, the estimated expenditure); in particular, the asphalting of a stretch of road inside the park will be completed and others renovated with non-invasive material; new and more widespread public lighting will be created, safeguarding the fauna present; a parking area (fifty spaces) will be created at the entrance to one of the entrances; a refreshment point will be created with an internal lounge and an equipped terrace. Some citizens and park goers dispute the project's objectives; In this regard, a petition collecting signatures was delivered to the President of Municipality 7.

Agenda: Update of opinion survey on the quality of life in Milan - December 2018. The following will be present:

OUTCOME: 

The research on citizens' satisfaction with the quality of life in Milan was illustrated and the speaker responded to the questions posed by the Councillors, mainly focused on the methodology adopted to conduct the research.

Agenda: Safety of ATM Staff and Passengers.
Representatives of the ATM were invited to the commission.

OUTCOME: 

The Director of ATM and the Transport Councilor illustrated the management methods, by the Company and the Administration, of the problem of the safety of workers who work on ATM vehicles and of passengers who use them every day, then responding in detail to the questions of the trade union representatives and councilors who attended.

Agenda: Inspection of the reception facilities of the Archè Foundation.

OUTCOME: 

The Commissioners carried out the visit to the Arché Foundation informally, as the legal number of Councilors present, capable of making the session valid as required by the art., was not reached. 8 paragraph 1 of the Council Commission Regulations.

Council Commission on Mobility, Transport, Environmental Policies, Civil Protection, Animals and Green (Chaired by Councilor Monguzzi Carlo)
Agenda: Local public transport fare situation.
Councilor Marco Granelli will be present at the commission's work.

OUTCOME: 

The Councilor illustrated the proposal for the new integrated tariff system of the metropolitan area of ​​the city of Milan, clarifying, in particular, that the ordinary single ticket will go from €1,50 to €2,00 for Milan and the first-tier municipalities and that, however, there will be no increase in ordinary annual passes or annual and monthly passes for under 26s and seniors.
A debate followed during which some Opposition Councilors expressed their opposition to this proposal.
As there was no more time available for responses, President Monguzzi therefore ordered the debate to be postponed to a subsequent Commission.

Agenda: Porterage regulation. Regulation for registration in the register of economic operators authorized to operate in aid of companies active in the wholesale markets of Milan".

OUTCOME: 

The President of Sogemi illustrated the characteristics of the porterage regulation currently in force and the changes that the company intends to make in the drafting of new rules more suited to the characteristics of the types of work implemented within the fruit and vegetable market.
The Presidents presented some requests for clarification which were responded to by the Sogemi Management.
Some representatives of the fruit and vegetable market workers were present and expressed criticism of the proposed new regulation, explaining the reasons behind it.
The President of Sogemi highlighted that the Council Commission was not the right place to respond to these interventions which will be dealt with in meetings specifically dedicated to these issues.

OUTCOME: 

Councilor Tasca gave specifications relating to Resolution no. 119, highlighting two components of the IUC: the municipal tax (IMU) and the tax for indivisible services (TASI); for the IMU the current rates remain unchanged while for the TASI the rate of 0,8 per thousand is confirmed. Regarding Resolution no. 120 highlighted that this is essentially a modification of the regulation relating to the art. 21 paragraph 4. The Councilors asked questions on the merits to which exhaustive answers were given. At the end the President declared both resolutions to be discussed.

Agenda:  Order of Engineers hearing.
Smart City international report, reflections on Digital Development, Milan case.

OUTCOME: 

The guests first explained the meaning of smart cities and the benefits it brings to citizens. They focused on the various areas of city life that it involves and then went on to illustrate slides showing, according to a system of stratified levels, indicators of comparison between Milan and other large European metropolises comparable to it. The councilors underlined various aspects including those previously shown, focusing attention on some of these and more generally on the contribution that the smart city can offer to the lives of citizens. They also highlighted the need to intervene in some areas concerning Milan in particular. The Presidents, after the responses of the guests, found the need to address the topic jointly with other Commissions in the near future, since the concept of smart cities involves several other areas of politics.
