Agenda: "Closing discussion of Famedio regulations"
OUTCOME:

The Presidents of the Commissions have collected the latest suggestions from the Councilors for the new draft of the Regulations for the Famedio, which will soon be voted on in the Council.

Joint Council Commission MOBILITY, TRANSPORT, ENVIRONMENTAL POLICIES, ENERGY, CIVIL PROTECTION, ANIMALS AND GREEN and SECURITY AND SOCIAL COHESION, LOCAL POLICE (Chaired by Councilor Monguzzi Carlo and Councilor Pantaleo Rosario)
Agenda: Abandonment of waste and joint safety and environmental actions to combat it. They will be present:

  • the Deputy Mayor Anna Scavuzzo;
  • Councilor Marco Granelli;
  • the Deputy Commander of the Local Police Paolo Ghirardi;
  • the Director of the Environment and Energy Area Giuseppina Sordi   

OUTCOME:

The Deputy Mayor and the Councilor illustrated the results of the experiment, started in May, which involved localities located in Municipalities 4 and 6 with the installation of 19 mobile cameras. They also announced that between 1 June and 11 July 2019, 36 illegal waste dumps were confirmed.
It was also clarified that the reports will be collected and analyzed to identify further places in the city where the cameras can be placed and the activity can therefore continue.
A debate followed during which the Councilors formulated questions and asked for clarifications to which the Deputy Mayor and the Councilor partially responded as the time available to the Commission had expired.

Council Commission WORK POLICIES, ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT, PRODUCTION ACTIVITIES, TRADE, HUMAN RESOURCES, FASHION AND DESIGN (Presided over by Councilor Specchio)
Agenda: Presentation of the Three-Year Planning of staffing needs 2019-2021. Participants will be:    

  • Councilor Cristina Tajani    
  • adv. Valerio Iossa, Director of Human Resources Organization    
  • Dr. Paola Suriano, Director of the Human Resources Acquisition Area.

OUTCOME:

The Personnel Councilor and the Central Director of Human Resources Organization illustrated the Employment Plan, relating to the period 2019-2021, which provides for the hiring, in 2019, of 910 new employees, in 2020 of 363 and in 2021 of another 653 units . In this three-year period there will be the complete replacement of all workers who will be retired. All this met with the approval of the Commissioners present at the meeting.

Joint Council Commission INSTITUTIONAL AFFAIRS - METROPOLITAN CITY AND MUNICIPALITY and SECURITY AND SOCIAL COHESION, LOCAL POLICE (Chaired by Councilor Censi Arianna and Councilor Pantaleo Rosario)

Agenda: URBAN SAFETY DIRECTORATE - DEL. No. 150 Amendment of the Urban Police Regulation of the Municipality of Milan with the addition of the art. 135 entitled "Urban Areas where the expulsion order operates". This provision does not involve any expense. They will be present:

  • the Deputy Mayor, Anna Scavuzzo, 
  • the Commander of the Local Police, Marco Ciacci.

OUTCOME:

The Vice Mayor illustrated the reasons why it was necessary to modify, by adding an article, the Urban Police Regulation to integrate it with what is established by a law regarding the removal from certain areas of the city of those acting in annoying or dangerous manner for people. The councilors intervened expressing either their appreciation or their opposition to the measure and asked questions to which the Deputy Mayor provided answers and clarifications assisted by the Local Police Commander. At the end of the discussion, the Presidents declared the resolution discussed and can now be evaluated by the City Council.
