OUTCOME:

The offices illustrated the main changes to the Statute of the Milan Smart City Association, proposed in the provision in question, including the change of name to "Milano & Partners" linked to the ambition of international visibility and recognition on the issues of attractiveness and the promotion of the city.
A debate followed during which clarifications were requested to which the Offices provided responses. At the end the Presidents declared resolution no. discussed. 156 which will be submitted to the City Council for examination.

Council Commission for Urban Planning, Private Construction, Milanese Agricultural System (Chaired by Councilor Ceccarelli Bruno)
Agenda: inspection of "Magazzini Raccordati di via Ferrante Aporti n. 9" Considering that this is a construction site, the Commissioners are informed that it is advisable to wear appropriate clothing. The following will be present at the inspection:

• the Councilor Pierfrancesco Maran and the Arch. Giancarlo Tancredi of the Municipality of Milan,
• Dr. Milena Carrieri, Dr. Susanna Bernardini and Arch Alessandra Kidd Shaw of Grandi Stazioni Retail.

The meeting of the Members is set at 10.00 am via Ferrante Aporti n. 9  where they will go by their own means.

OUTCOME:

The Commission carried out an inspection at the Magazzini Raccordati in via Ferrante Aporti n. 9 with the presence of managers and officials of the Municipality, as well as representatives of Grandi Stazioni Retail and some citizen associations for the enhancement of the neighbourhood. The inspection was carried out in view of future redevelopment interventions of via Ferranti Aporti and Sammartini and of Magazzini Raccordati, with the aim of making them functional for future events and activities.

Agenda: Phenomena of extortion and usury as they manifest themselves in our territory" The Deputy Prosecutor at the Court of Milan, Coordinator VII of the organized crime department, will be present.

OUTCOME:

IThe Deputy Prosecutor at the Court of Milan, Coordinator of the VII organized crime department, illustrated the activities of the Department she directs, indicating areas of intervention and critical issues. The councilors made reflections and asked questions to which the guest responded, delving into some peculiar aspects and indicating what type of support the Administration could provide.

Council Commission Mobility, Transport, Environmental Policies, Energy, Civil Protection, Animals, Green (Chaired by Councilor Monguzzi Carlo)
Agenda: Sport, Tourism and Quality of Life Area - Resolution no. 152 Circ. 243 - Approval of the new Regulation for the Welfare and Protection of Animals of the Municipality of Milan. This provision does not involve any expense. They will be present:

• Councilor Guaineri,
• the Animal Ombudsmen Dr. Paola Fossati and Dr. Gustavo Gandini
• some animal rights associations.

OUTCOME:

Councilor Guaineri and the owners of the Office of the Animal Guarantor illustrated the proposed Resolution relating to the New Animal Protection Regulation. Some Councilors and representatives of animal rights associations present expressed various doubts and induced the President to call a second session to delve deeper into the most controversial issues.

Agenda: Continuation of discussion on the San Siro area: hearing of Arch. Giancarlo Tancredi on the outcome of the Services Conference.

OUTCOME:

The Director of the Thematic Planning and Area Enhancement Area illustrated a report on the preliminary process of the feasibility study, presented by the companies FC Internazionale Milano Spa AC and Milan Spa. relating to the proposal to build a new stadium. Furthermore, information was provided on the final report of the Services Conference, which examined the study proposed by the two football clubs. At the end of the presentation the Councilors expressed their opinions on the document and exposed their questions to which the offices responded.

Agenda: CAM inspection of Via Valvassor Peroni, 56. The following will be present:

OUTCOME:

The CAM managers illustrated the many internal activities, attended every year by around 800 people enrolled in the courses, all of which are free. They also showed the Councilors the premises of the Centre, located in an underground area, pointing out their dilapidation.

Agenda: Budget and Subsidiaries Management "Proposal for Board resolution no. 165 circular 259". Single Programming Document (DUP) 2020-2022". The following will be present:

• the Director Roberto Colangelo.

OUTCOME:

In the presence of the Budget Councilor, the Resolution of the Single Programming Document 2020 - 2021 was presented, which contains not only the programmatic mandate lines, which define the strategic objectives, but also the organisation's planning activities. The councilors present were able to have an overview of the provision which was declared discussed by the President, and sent to the City Council for debate.
