Agenda: Inspection at the Vodia Cremonini Seniors Center (Town Hall 5) Via Saponaro 32, the head of the center Dr. Sonia Amato of the Filo D'Arianna social cooperative will be present.

OUTCOME:

The Councilors visited the Center and discussed the issues regarding the agreement and the contribution to the daily fee with its managers.

Agenda: "PRESENTATION: WORK IN MILAN - 2019 EDITION". Speakers: Dr. Luisella Anzaghi CGIL Secretariat Chamber of Labor Milan, Dr. Danilo Margaritella General Secretary of Uil Milano Lombardia, Dr. Carlo Gerla General Secretary of Milan Metropoli CISL Milan , Dr. Andrea Fioni, Assolombarda Study Center

OUTCOME:

The regional general secretaries of the trade unions and the representative of Assolombarda presented and commented, in order to monitor the progress, the data relating to the characteristics of the workforce and businesses in the Lombardy region.
The Commissioners presented their reflections, asked for clarifications and introduced proposals to modify the policies regarding employment development, on which the speakers intervened, providing their contribution in this regard.

Council Commission EDUCATION, INSTRUCTION, UNIVERSITY AND RESEARCH (Chaired by Councilor Limonta Paolo)
Agenda:Presentation of the "Nove Più" project. Will be present: Councilor Laura Galimberti; Alberto Barenghi - President of the Mission Bambini Association - leader of the project; Representatives of Municipality 9, of the schools and of the associations involved.

OUTCOME:

The guests illustrated the contents of the "Nove +" project, coordinated by the "Mission Bambini" Foundation, created to combat school dropout and social marginalization in the territory of Municipality 9 considering the users (students, families, teachers, young people) not only as beneficiaries of the interventions, but as active subjects and protagonists.
A debate followed during which the Councilors expressed their appreciation for the initiative illustrated.

Agenda: Inspection at the Cooperativa Cascina Biblioteca in Via Casoria 50 (Parco Lambro) will be attended by the coordinator Igino Zizzi.
 The place can be reached by bus leaving from Piazza Udine.

OUTCOME:

The Commission went to visit the Cooperativa Cascina Biblioteca in via Casoria 50 in Parco Lambro to verify the various activities carried out in favor of people with disabilities, the training school, the agricultural activities and those with animals, as well as the residential spaces .

Joint Council Commission on EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES AND CIVIL RIGHTS and TOURISM, TERRITORIAL MARKETING, WELL-BEING, SPORTS AND LEISURE TIME (Chaired by Councilors De Marchi Diana and Fumagalli Marco)
Agenda: Gender equality in Milan sport.

OUTCOME:

In the presence of the Sports Councilor and representatives of Milanosport S.p.A. a session was held focused on the application of the principle of gender equality in the sports sector, especially with regard to the situation in Milan. The councilors were also able to listen to the testimony of operators who work in the field of grassroots sport.

Joint Council Commission WORK POLICIES, ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT, PRODUCTION ACTIVITIES, TRADE, HUMAN RESOURCES, FASHION AND DESIGN AND SECURITY AND SOCIAL COHESION, LOCAL POLICE (Councillors Specchio Laura and Pantaleo Rosario chair)
Agenda: Presentation of the agreement signed between the municipal administration and some unions of local police workers. They will be present:

• the Deputy Mayor Anna Scavuzzo,
• Commander Marco Ciacci,
• the Personnel Director Valerio Iossa.   

OUTCOME:

The Deputy Mayor and the Commander of the Local Police illustrated the agreement stipulated with the Trade Unions on the integrated system of management of staff shifts, on the Employment Plan, relating to the professional profiles of the Local Police officers, already implemented and the future one in addition to the state of the complementary pension started in 2013. They also provided information on the collection of fines for violations of the Highway Code rules of the years 2017, 2018 and 2019. The presentation was followed by a debate in which the Councilors asked for some clarifications on the data provided to which a comprehensive response has been given.
