OUTCOME: 

During the meeting, the situation of addictions in Milanese prisons and the first and second level treatments implemented by the ATS Addictions Sector were also assessed. Furthermore, the problems present in penal institutions in the relationship with prisoners were assessed such as, for example, the lack of cultural mediators, whose activity would make communication with foreign convicts easier.

Presentation of the "Walking Groups" Program.
Speakers include:

• Nicola Iannaccone - Psychologist Psychotherapist Head of the Health Promotion Unit;
• Maria Castiglioni - Psychotherapist;
• Cristina Cusi - Neurologist.

OUTCOME:

 The speakers, invited to the Commission, gave specifics relating to the "Walking Groups" programme, whose objective is to promote correct lifestyles, actively and directly involving the citizens and local associations present (community activation). The Councilors asked questions on the merits which were given exhaustive answers.

Joint Council Commission on International Affairs - Post Expo - European Policies and Mobility - Transport - Environmental Policies - Energy - Civil Protection - Animals and Green (Chaired by Councilors Pacente Carmine and Monguzzi Carlo)
Agenda: 
"European Urban Agenda. The role of Milan in the air quality partnership. State of the art".

OUTCOME: 

In the presence of the Councilor for Mobility and the Environment, a report was carried out by some AMAT managers on the quality of the air in Milan, due to the partnership with the European Urban Agenda. Data relating to air pollution and related analyzes of the repercussions on public health were presented, analyzing the causes and the administrative measures relevant to them. The councilors present were thus able to express their opinions and develop proposals with a view to environmental improvement.

RESOLUTION N. 115 CIRC. 173
Adjustment of compensation for the Board of Auditors of the Municipality of Milan.
Councilor Roberto Tasca and Director Roberto Colangelo will be present.

OUTCOME: 

The Councilor illustrated the provision in question by specifying that the provision became necessary after the latest budget law did not provide for reiterating the reduction in the compensation foreseen for the Board of Auditors and the latter requested to obtain the adaptation of the same. Some councilors intervened on the merits, asking for the possibility of obtaining more data during the discussion in the Council Chamber, before the vote in the Council. At the end of the discussion, the Vice President therefore declared the resolution discussed and can now be submitted to the City Council for examination.
