Agenda: Welfare development plan for the city of Milan regarding interventions for people subjected to measures by the judicial authorities.
Dr. will speak. Cosimo Palazzo – Dir. Social policies – Rights, inclusion and projects area.

OUTCOME:

The Director of Social Policies - Rights, Inclusion and Projects Area illustrated the areas of the Welfare Development Plan relating to interventions for people subjected to measures by the Judicial Authority, in particular the following topics: establishment of an Inter-institutional Table in the criminal field , work and housing placements, detention of people of foreign origin and management of psychological fragility. He therefore provided a response to the requests for information formulated by the Councilors regarding public utility works, testing and job placements.

Joint Council Commission Home - Public Works - ERP and Social Policies and Health Services - Volunteering (Chaired by Councilor D'Amico Simonetta and Councilor Vasile Angelica)
Agenda:"Illustration of the Council resolution on the approval of the guidelines for providing hospitality in hotels, guesthouses and residences to families left without accommodation". They will be present:

• Councilor Gabriele Rabaiotti,
• the Director of the Home Management Eng. Francesco Tarricone,
• the Director of the Social Policies Directorate Dr. Michele Petrelli.

OUTCOME:

In the presence of some managers of the Housing Directorate and the Social Policy Directorate, the guidelines regarding the housing emergency were illustrated, contained in a resolution recently approved by the Milanese council. The councilors present were thus able to learn about and discuss the provision in detail about its application which, in this case, aims to use city real estate resources, which go beyond the usual E.R.P. housing stock.

Agenda: Continuation Verification and planning of the Commission's work

OUTCOME:

The President presented the list of topics to be discussed in the next Commission sessions integrated with the requests for further information from the Commissioners, presented in the previous meeting; some colleagues indicated the need to delve deeper and examine further issues.
The President took note of them, accepting some and excluding others, explaining the reasons for his choices.
A working group has also been set up which will deal with topics relating to the municipality's investee companies.

Joint Council Commission for Urban Planning, Private Construction, Milanese Agricultural System and Mobility, Transport, Environmental Policies, Energy, Civil Protection, Animals, Green (Chaired by Councilor Ceccarelli Bruno and Councilor Monguzzi Carlo)
Agenda:  Continuation of the work of the 7+8 commission of 11.09.2019:  After the declaration of climate emergency, the Administration's provisions relating to mobility and transport. They will be present:

• representatives of ATM and environmental associations.

Council Commission for Labor Policies, Economic Development, Productive Activities, Trade, Human Resources, Fashion and Design (Presided over by Councilor Specchio Laura)
Agenda:  The professions: representation, negotiation, innovation. The Milanese situation. Will participate: 

• dr. Enrico Vannicola, President of Confprofessioni Lombardia
• Representatives of professional associations.

OUTCOME:

The President of Federprofessioni illustrated in depth the history, aims and subdivisions of the association he represents. He dwelt on some aspects concerning the numerical strength of professional companies, mostly made up of a single person, on the difficulties they encounter and on future challenges. The councilors asked questions that were inspired by what the guest said to which the latter provided a timely response. Finally, some commissioners have put forward proposals that could allow the Administration to facilitate the work of professionals working in Milan.

Council Commission for Urban Planning, Private Construction, Milanese Agricultural System (Chaired by Councilor Ceccarelli Bruno)
Agenda: Information regarding the counterarguments to the observations and definitive approval of the new Plan Document, of the variant of the Service Plan, including the Plan for Religious Equipment, and of the variant of the Rules Plan, constituting the Territorial Government Plan, pursuant to and for the purposes of the art. 13 of the Regional Law 11 March 2005 n. 12 and subsequent amendments.” – illustration of resolution. OUTCOME:

The Councilor and the Managers of the Urban Planning Sector first presented again the guidelines of the PGT adopted by the Council in March, then detailed the counterarguments to the observations presented by citizens and associations, finally answering the questions of the Councillors. The President then postponed the discussion to a subsequent meeting.
