OUTCOME:

The Councilor, the offices and the guests clarified that "Fuori Castello" is a project that brought the museums of the Sforzesco Castle to the suburbs and the suburbs to the Sforzesco Castle through the involvement of the children of the primary school in via San Mamete, Adriano district - Crescenzago. In this sense they pointed out that initially the children visited the Castle and that subsequently some ancient artefacts were brought to the school by the same.
A debate followed during which the Councilors welcomed the illustrated project, hoping that it can be proposed again by involving other schools.

Agenda: Portal of the Municipality of Milan and online change of residence service. Will participate:

OUTCOME:

The Councilor for Digital Transformation and Civic Services, the Digital Lead Project Director, the Director of the Civic Services Department and the Director of the Citizen Services Area, alternating in the presentation, provided specifications relating to the Municipality Portal and the change of residence online, highlighting the critical issues that have emerged previously and the results achieved to date. The Councilors asked questions on the merits which were given exhaustive answers.

Urban Planning Council Commission, School Buildings, Milanese Agricultural System (Chaired by Councilor Ceccarelli Bruno)
Agenda: Urban Planning Directorate - Reclamation Area Del. n. 177 Cir. 280 Recognition of off-balance sheet debt pursuant to art. 194, paragraph 1, letter e) of Legislative Decree no. 267/2000 of the amount of €206.972,22 for permanent safety measures, pursuant to Legislative Decree 152/06, of the municipal area of ​​Via Crispi n. 20 (former CIAL car wash). CUP B46J14001130004. The following were invited to the Commission's work:

OUTCOME:

The Councilor for Urban Planning and the Director of the Reclamation Area illustrated the resolution in question and provided a response to some requests for clarification made by the Councillors. The measure was therefore declared discussed to continue its process in the City Council.

Agenda: inspection in the Grigioni Piazza Frattini district - Milan, in Via Bartolomeo D'Alviano n.11 - Milan - headquarters of Immobiliare San Carlo Trieste SpA, the company that manages the building complex.
The meeting of the Members is set at 10.00am in Via Bartolomeo D'Alviano n.11 where they will go by their own means.

OUTCOME:

The Grigioni district, built between the end of the fifties and the beginning of the sixties, consists of 37 buildings for a total of 1850 apartments. All accommodations are rented and at an agreed rent. San Carlo Trieste, owner of the housing complex, recently signed, in the presence of the Municipality of Milan, a new agreement with the tenant's representatives and completely renovated the heating system common to all residents.
