OUTCOME:

The Offices illustrated the aims and procedures that led to the outcome of the 2019 Neighborhood Call, specifying that this year the Municipalities were involved to obtain indications regarding the areas of interest and offer an evaluation criterion in the choice of projects. The Mayor's Delegate for the Municipalities explained that today's session aims to bring the winning Associations into dialogue with the councillors. The councilors expressed considerations and asked some questions regarding some projects. The associations that created the winning projects and implement the initiatives in Municipalities 1 and 2 and an association that operates in the territory of Municipality 8 have examined the structure, purpose and interlocutors of their projects. The President announced that other sessions will be held in the coming weeks to illustrate the other projects.

OUTCOME:

The Councilors visited the registry delegation of Via Paravia, 26, where its manager and the manager of all the city's registry offices described the activities carried out and answered the questions posed by the Councillors.

Agenda: "Situation of workers Auchan-Conad”     Trade Unions, workers and workers will participate

OUTCOME:

Representatives of two of the major trade union organizations informed the Councilors present of the dramatic impact on employment resulting from the incorporation of the AUCHAN shopping centers (small, medium and large) by CONAD. The latter company, the speakers report, will confirm the jobs of only 28% of the employees of the acquired shopping centers. They also specify that a negotiation is underway at the competent Ministry, the outcome of which is far from obvious. They ask that the Municipality of Milan take an active part in the negotiations underway. The President of the Commission assured that a motion to this effect will be prepared and submitted to the attention of the City Council.

OUTCOME:

The Councilor for Urban Planning, with the help of the technicians of the Implementation and Strategic Urban Planning Area, illustrated the state of implementation of the Monti Sabini Integrated Intervention Plan for sectors B and C and the inclusion of a part of the itself, section A, in the international “Reinventing Cities” call for its valorisation. After an exhaustive debate the topic was considered discussed.

The meeting of the Members is set at 10.00 am in Piazza Salgari in front of the Anfossi pastry shop where they will go by their own means.

OUTCOME:

The Councilors went to Piazza Salgari where they met the members of the Mobility Commission of Municipality 4 and a group of citizens to take a look at the problems present in this square and in the neighboring streets Venosa and Tertulliano.

Council Commission for Verification and Control of Investee Bodies (Chaired by Councilor De Pasquale Fabrizio)
Agenda: Participatory area Del. No.173 circ. 276: "Periodic review, pursuant to art. 20 of Legislative Decree no. 19 of 2016 August 175, of the companies owned by the Municipality of Milan. Recognition of the shareholdings held, directly and indirectly, as of 31 December 2018 and identification of measures of rationalization." Dr. Peroncini Laura will be present.

OUTCOME:

The Councilor and the Offices illustrated in detail the content of resolution no. 173, examining the legal reasons which require the annual recognition of the shareholdings held in the Company by the Entity. The Councilor focuses on the part concerning the reorganization and the rationalization measures that have been identified. The councilors made observations on the provision, on the law from which it derives and asked questions aimed at obtaining further clarification and in order to obtain information on particular situations. The Councilor and the Offices provided a thorough response to all requests. Having concluded the clarifications, the President therefore declared the resolution discussed and can now be submitted to the City Council for examination.

Agenda: “Update of the Three-Year Corruption Prevention and Transparency Plan”. Fabrizio Dall'Acqua, general secretary and head of the Anti-corruption plan of the municipality of Milan, will be present.

OUTCOME:

The General Secretary, the Director of Internal Auditing and the Anti-Corruption Manager illustrated to those present the Three-Year Plan for the Prevention of Corruption and Transparency, answering the Directors' questions.

Council Commission for Equal Opportunities and Civil Rights (Chaired by Councilor Diana De Marchi)
Agenda: "La Rondine" accommodation for mother-child autonomy managed by the Albero della Vita Foundation. Doctor Luciana Balzano will be present.

OUTCOME:

The guests clarified that the "La Rondine" project, active in the city of Milan since 2006, welcomes, protects and supports single mothers in difficulty with their children by offering a psychological assistance and consultancy service, the possibility of accessing, for a few months , to dedicated housing, also promoting the socio-economic reintegration of these families.

Agenda: News relating to the strengthening of the operational device of the Neighborhood Police. They will be present:

OUTCOME:

In the presence of the Councilor for Security and the Commander of the Local Police, the Plan to strengthen the Neighborhood Police service was presented, introduced in all Municipalities precisely to progressively improve the relationship with the urban territory and in interlocution with citizens.
