Agenda: Update on the work and proposals presented by the Parliamentary Commission of Inquiry into the condition of urban suburbs during the last legislature and on the previously planned program of interventions. 
Senator Causin, former President of the same Parliamentary Commission of Inquiry, will speak.

OUTCOME: 

In the presence of the President of the Parliamentary Commission of Inquiry into the condition of urban suburbs, the outcome of a long, composite and varied investigation was presented, represented by a dossier which, in addition to analytical descriptions, also collects final indications to be addressed to the government. The commissioners were thus able to gather a variety of information, hoping for the signing by the Milan City Council of a unitary document that constitutes a stimulus at government level to finance the interventions necessary for the redevelopment of the most problematic suburbs of our cities.

Joint Council Commission for Public Works, ERP and Suburbs (Chaired by Councilors D'Amico Simonetta and Osculati Roberta)
Agenda: "Presentation of the social laboratory activated in the ERP district of via Villani-Giuffrè owned by the Municipality of Milan managed by MM."
The following will be present in the commission:

  • the Director of the Housing Department of the Municipality of Milan, Eng. Francesco Tarricone
  • the Head of the Suburban Plan Development Unit, Neighborhood Contracts and Urban Regeneration Service, Dr. Patrizia Di Girolamo
  • the Director of MM Home Division Eng. Stefano Zanini 
  • the Eng. Corrado Bina Suburban Management.  

OUTCOME: 

In view of the redevelopment of the ERP buildings in via Villani-Giuffrè, managed by MM Division Home, the project (financed by the Lombardy Region with community funds) of the "Social Laboratory" was developed; Councilor Rabaiotti, the officials of the Housing Directorate and the Suburbs Directorate and the representative of MM Housing Division illustrated the salient features. Basically the areas of action are: information desk on the progress of the renovation works; employment consultancy point; organizational point for events and activities for residents; collection point for proposals for socio-cultural initiatives. The laboratory headquarters will be inside the housing complex and will open shortly. This service is the seventh to operate in the popular neighborhoods (five already operational and the next one is planned for the Giambellino-Lorenteggio neighborhood.

Agenda: Update of the Three-Year Corruption Prevention and Transparency Plan "
The General Secretary Doctor Fabrizio Dall'acqua will be present

OUTCOME: 

The General Secretary exposed the changes that will be made to the Three-Year Corruption Prevention and Transparency Plan, some of which deriving from the application of what was indicated by the City Council with a motion on the matter.
Some requests for clarification were formulated, for which an adequate and timely request was provided.
The Presidents announced that the topic will be further examined in a future Commission session on other aspects relating to the Plan under examination.

Approval of the Regulation for the holding of direct sales markets by farmers. This measure does not involve any expense.
The following were invited to the Commission's work:

OUTCOME: The Urban Planning Councilor illustrated the new regulation for the holding of direct sales markets by farmers. In particular, the areas where they will take place and in what manner have been indicated.

Council Commission on Budget, Taxes - State Property and Procurement (Chaired by Councilor Conte Emmanuel)
Agenda:

Subsidiaries and Real Estate Management
Guidelines for the continuation of the real estate development process of the “Comune di Milano II” Real Estate Fund, through the contribution of municipal assets. 
The measure does not involve any expense.

OUTCOME: 

The Budget Councilor and the Director of the Real Estate Area provided specifications relating to resolution no. 117 in question, highlighting that this is phase 2 which contemplates the contribution of some properties to the fund itself, in order to be able to restore the conditions of balance, which the fund regulation provides for, for its continuity. The Councilors asked questions on the merits to which exhaustive answers were given; at the end the President declared the resolution discussed.
