Council Commission on Housing, Public Works, Erp (Chaired by Councilor D'Amico Simonetta)
Agenda: Annual plan for the provision of public and social housing services for the year 2020 and Regulation for the establishment and operation of technical evaluation units within the scope of the S.A.T. procedure. The following will be present in the Commission:

OUTCOME:

In the presence of the Councilor for Social and Housing Policies and the top managers of the Housing Management and the ERP Housing Assignment Area, the presentation of the annual plan of public housing services took place which provides for the planning of the public and social housing offer in collaboration with the territorially competent Aler. Furthermore, in implementation of this planning, the Regulation was further presented which establishes and regulates the Technical Evaluation Unit which expresses opinions on the assignments relating to transitional housing services for families in particular disadvantaged conditions. The councilors were thus able to express their opinions on the matter.

Joint Council Commission on Innovation, Transparency, Digital Agenda, Civil Status and Anti-Mafia (Chaired by Councilor Arienta Alice and Councilor Gentili David)
Agenda: Anti-corruption plan update. Councilor Lorenzo Lipparini will be present.  

OUTCOME:

The Councilor for Participation, Active Citizenship and Open Data provided specifications relating to the updating of the Anti-Corruption Plan, highlighting the data relating to access to the Acts, the Notice Board, the consultation of the Resolutions, the transparent Administration, the Access Generalized Civic, financial information and budget consultation. He also underlines that the innovative platform has been implemented to make the knowledge of documents available and navigable. The councilors asked questions on the merits which were given comprehensive answers.

Council Commission for Urban Planning, Private Construction, Milanese Agricultural System (Chaired by Councilor Ceccarelli Bruno)
Agenda: "Update of the redevelopment of railway yards". The following were invited to the Commission's work:

  • the arch. Marco Porta of the Municipality of Milan 
  • the architect Paola Tessitore,
  • Dr. Beltrami Marianna,
  • the CEO of FS Sistemi Urbani Eng. Umberto Lebruto

OUTCOME:

The Councilor for Urban Planning and the CEO of FS Sistemi Urbani took stock of the situation regarding the recovery of the railway yards, then answering the questions posed by the Councillors.

Council Commission for Labor Policies, Economic Development, Productive Activities, Commerce, Human Resources, Fashion, Design (Presided over by Councilor Specchio Laura)
Agenda:  Presentation of the new Board of Directors of AFOL Metropolitana.  

OUTCOME:

The members of the Board of Directors of AFOL Metropolitana illustrated the objectives they intend to pursue to increase training services in the context of job placement paths for young people and adults, also envisaging a reorganization of AFOL. They therefore responded to the requests for information made by the Directors regarding the intention to increase staff and assign new management positions.

Joint Council Commission on Equal Opportunities, Civil Rights and Tourism, Territorial Marketing, Wellbeing, Sport, Free Time (Chaired by Councilor De Marchi Diana and Councilor Fumagalli MarcoCarlo)
Agenda: Presentation of the “Gatti Spiazzati” Association and the activities they carry out in the Milan area and the Metropolitan City. They will be present:    

  • Councilor Roberta Guaineri – Councilor for Sport, Free Time, Quality of Life, Animal Protection Aldo Scaiano – President of the “Gatti Spiazzati aps” Association  
  • Franca Sapone – Board Member of the Association
  • Donatella Moresco – Responsible for the Association's activities  

OUTCOME:

The “Gatti Spiazzati” social promotion association, the subject of this session, was established about three years ago on the initiative of some citizens with difficulties (exodus, unemployed, homeless, with particular fragilities) and with the contribution of Caritas Ambrosiana . The initiatives promoted and implemented by the Association are essentially the organization of convivial walks in the lesser-known places of the city and conducted by people with disabilities. The direct aim is to offer an unusual glimpse of the corners of Milan; the other is to restore dignity and protagonism to those who, for various reasons, have experienced difficulties throughout their lives. On the basis of this experience, a city guide book entitled "Cats Don't Touch the Ground" was born.

Joint Council Commission on Institutional Affairs, Metropolitan City, Municipality and Housing, Public Works, ERP (Chaired by Councilor Censi Arianna and Councilor D'Amico Simonetta)
Agenda: Housing Management Housing Assignment Area ERP resolution no. 178 circular 281 "Approval of the regulation for the establishment and functioning of the technical evaluation unit provided for by the D.G.R. n. 2063 paragraph 31, of L.R.10/2019. This provision does not entail expenses.   Housing Management Area Housing Assignments ERP resolution no. 23 circular 13 "Proposal for approval of the annual plan for the provision of public and social housing services for the year 16 This provision does not involve any expense." The following will be present:

  • Councilor Gabriele Rabaiotti,
  • the engineer Francesco Tarricone 
  • the engineer Renzo Valtorta

OUTCOME:

The Councilor for Social and Housing Policies illustrated the proposed resolution no. 178 concerning the regulation for the establishment and functioning of the technical evaluation unit in the context of the procedure for assigning transitional housing services and n. 179 relating to the annual plan for the provision of public and social housing services for the year 2020. At the end of the debate, during which all the information requested by the Councilors was provided, the resolutions were discussed and can now be evaluated by the City Council.
