OUTCOME: 

The guests illustrated the contents of the free press magazine "Fuori di Milano" conceived and written by users of the mental health services of the Municipality of Milan with the collaboration of professionals, artists, writers and journalists.
A debate followed during which the Councilors expressed their appreciation for the initiative illustrated.

Council Commission Verification and Control of Participated Bodies (Chaired by Councilor De Pasquale Fabrizio) 
Agenda: “Industrial strategy and aggregation plan with hearing of A2A top management”.

OUTCOME: 

The President and the CEO of A2A illustrated the Company's Industrial Plan for the next four years, then responding on the merits to the questions posed by the Directors.

Agenda: "Lorenteggio 181 and Civitali 30". 
Experimental interventions for the hospitality of untitled squatting families in a state of need".
The following were invited to the Commission:

OUTCOME: 

The Councilor illustrated in detail the reasons why the Municipality proceeded with experimental interventions for the untitled occupant families in need of the 2 buildings in question and indicated the procedures in detail; also highlighting the shortcomings on the part of ALER. The councilors intervened to express some considerations on the merits and to ask detailed questions about the specific situation and the general picture both of the city and of the Giambellino district. They also asked about the procedures adopted by the Social Policy Directorate. The Councilor and the Offices responded to these questions in detail and provided the requested information.

Council Commission Anti-mafia (Chaired by Councilor David Gentili) 
Agenda: “Request for Anac opinion on the motion approved on 1 October 2018 on the beneficial owner”
The Secretary General Dr. will be present. Fabrizio Dall'Acqua.

OUTCOME: 

The President reminded the Commissioners of the content of the motion, approved by the Council Chamber, concerning the "beneficial owner", and then gave the floor to the General Secretary, who reported on the request for opinion presented on the topic , from the Administration, to the Anac and the related response which shows the non-proceedability of what was proposed by the City Council since it would result in an increase in the burdens borne by the interested parties, already foreseen by the current legislation.

Council Commission Innovation, Transparency, Digital Agenda, Civil Status (Chaired by Councilor Arienta Alice)
Agenda: Inspection at the Vodafone Experience Centre: IoT - Internet of Things and Smart Cities, Via Lorenteggio 240 Milan.

OUTCOME:  

The group of visitors, accompanied by experts from the Vodafone Company, had the opportunity to learn about the divisions that make up the Vodafone Company (Mobile Telephony, Fixed and Mobile Telephony Convergence, Digital Connection between objects, Cloud, Integrated Analysis), the areas in which it operates and the technological developments underway or expected in the medium-long term; all relating to the more comprehensive "Smart City" project and the 5G Network. The city of Milan is the main and largest urban area, on a continental level, affected by such technological developments. The buildings that make up the entire complex, it was reported in conclusion, were designed according to the criteria of eco-sustainability and energy independence.

Agenda: "Safe schools project. Presentation of the communication campaign of the Municipality of Milan".

OUTCOME:

The Councilor for Security illustrated the awareness campaign against the use of narcotic substances, which will be implemented on the social channels of the Municipality of Milan. Posters and flyers will also be distributed in schools to raise student awareness. He therefore provided a response to the requests for information formulated by the Councilors regarding the dissemination channels and prevention activities.

Council Commission Urban planning - Private construction - Milanese agricultural system (Chaired by Councilor Ceccarelli Bruno)
Agenda: "Presentation of the Palazzo project in Piazza San Fedele"
The following were invited to the Commission's work:

  • the Arch. Andrea Viaroli of the Municipality of Milan 
  • the dr. Luca Mangia representing COIMA.

OUTCOME:

In the presence of the Councilor for Urban Planning, Green and Agriculture and the architects of the One Stop Shop for Construction Area, the renovation project of the building in Piazza San Fedele was presented, aimed at reorganizing the internal spaces used as offices as well as creating new commercial surfaces. The subsequent debate touched on various aspects of the intervention, including the compensation relating to the renunciation of servitude by the Municipality of Milan regarding the covered square included in the building, currently open to public passage.
