Unit. of the Municipality of Milan for the needs of the emergency road intervention for a total of €5.001,27 including VAT, pursuant to art. 194, paragraph 1 letter. e) of the Legislative Decree. n. 267/00 and subsequent amendments.
• PUBLIC TRANSPORT AREA - DEL. No. 141 CIRC. 221 Approval - pursuant to art.9 and art.28 of the Regional Tariff Regulation (D.G.R.X/1921/2014) - of the tariffs and tariff concessions on STIBM travel tickets for local public transport services. Approval of the criteria for the recognition of temporary tariff concessions for the use of public transport services. Councilor Marco Granelli will be present.

OUTCOME:

The Councilor quickly illustrated the contents of resolution No. 139. Having found no interventions on the merits, the President declared the resolution discussed and can now be submitted to the City Council for examination.
The Councilor took the floor again to illustrate in depth what is contained in Resolution No. 141, focusing on the underlying reasons that led to the choice to operate tariff concessions for certain travel tickets for public transport services. He also clarified what reasons were behind the decision to make adjustments to other types of travel tickets. The councilors intervened by expressing considerations regarding these decisions and specifying the desire, on the part of some of them, to propose specific amendments once the provision is brought to the Chamber. Having noted that several commissioners had asked to intervene on the merits, the Presidents have communicated that the discussion on the measure in question will continue with a session called for tomorrow.

Agenda: inspection at the Christian Coptic Orthodox Diocese of Milan and surrounding areas - via Lago di Nemi, 25. Will be present: the leaders of the Christian Coptic Orthodox Diocese of Milan and have been invited, the Councilor Pierfrancesco Maran, the Arch. Giovanni Oggioni and the Arch. Marino Bottini of the Municipality of Milan.
OUTCOME:

The Commission carried out an inspection at the Coptic Christian Orthodox Diocese of via Lago di Nemi n. 25. The Commission notes that the distance limits from other places of worship were observed, as established by the legislation, as well as the presence of adequate spaces to be used for parking vehicles.

OUTCOME:

The session in question is a continuation of the one held yesterday. During the meeting, the formulation of the new tariff structure, identified by the Municipal Administration, was specified in greater detail, depending on the demand and according to various objectives (attention to the weakest subjects, time structure, quality of transport); all with the main aim of combating air pollution and contributing to overcoming the problem of climate change. Some objections have been raised regarding the administrative procedures of the procedure and the actual achievement of the declared aim. Furthermore, the disparity in contribution to Local Public Transport between that made by the Municipalities of the urban belt and that of the Municipality of Milan, which is far more considerable, was contested.

Council Commission BUDGET, TAXES, STATE PROPERTY AND PURCHASES (Presided over by Councilor Conte Emmanuel)
Agenda: Legal Directorate - Del. 138 of circular 219 "Recognition of off-balance sheet debts deriving from the payment of legal expenses for executive judicial measures unfavorable to the Municipality of Milan in cases followed by the Municipal Lawyer for a total of 70.391,48 euros, relating to judicial measures received in the period 17/04/ 2019 - 13/05/2019". Councilor Roberto Tasca will be present.
OUTCOME:

The Resolution under discussion (Del. 138 Circ. 219) is related to the recent orientation of the Administrative Judiciary, which provides that the sentences, which have become final, in which the Municipality of Milan is unsuccessful, must be accompanied by an Act of the Administration of transposition and recognition of off-balance sheet debt. At the end of the session the measure was discussed.

Agenda: Municipalities of Italy to support fibromyalgia sufferers.

OUTCOME:

Representatives of the United Fibromyalgia Committee illustrated the main characteristics of the fibromyalgia pathology, the problems that characterize patients suffering from this disease and asked for the support of the Municipality of Milan for the popular petition for recognition and inclusion in the LEAs (Essential Levels of Assistance). of the same. The Councilors expressed their solidarity and guaranteed their support for the petition to the Committee representatives.
