Approval of changes to the art. 1, paragraphs 3 and 4, art. 4, paragraph 2, art. 6, paragraphs 2 and 4, and art. 19, paragraph 1, of the Statute of the Groane Park Authority following the Lombardy Region Law of 28 December 2017 n. 39.
Councilor Pierfrancesco Maran will be present.

OUTCOME: Some councilors expressed doubts about the changes to be made to the Statute of the organization in question, while other councilors and the Presidents supported the validity of these changes. At the end of the discussion, the Presidents declared the resolution discussed and can now be submitted to the City Council for examination.

Agenda: INITIATIVES TO SUPPORT COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES IMPACTED BY CONSTRUCTION SITE

OUTCOME: During the session, Councilor Tajani, assisted by the Managers of the Project Unit for the Commercial Development of the Territory, explained the requirements for having the compensatory measures recognized for those companies disadvantaged by the presence of the M4 construction sites and explained the progress of these items relating to the years 2016 and 2017 (€2.620.000 and €3.080.000 respectively, between current and capital expenditure). For the current year the allocation is €2.750.000 plus €1.000.000 to be assigned by tender. A total of 242 businesses were supported, for an average contribution value of €15.593,95. He believes that greater economic efforts by the Lombardy Region in the following years are desirable to increase this dedicated fund.
