Agenda: Inspection at the Rogoredo grove.
The Deputy Mayor - Councilor for Security and the Commander of the Local Police will be present

OUTCOME: The head of Italia Nostra and the Security Councilor led the councilors on an inspection of the Rogoredo grove, showing them the areas already recovered from the city, 30 ha., and those still to be reclaimed, 5 ha. about. The commissioners verified the state of the areas still affected by drug dealing. Explanations were provided regarding the destination of certain areas of the future park once the reclamation operation was completed. Furthermore, the ongoing recovery works carried out daily by Italia Nostra were shown. The commissioners and representatives of Municipality 4 asked questions and expressed some considerations. All questions were answered by the Councillor, who also declared herself available to operate in synergy with the Lombardy Region and AST for the parts within her competence. The President assured that a subsequent inspection will be scheduled to verify the progress of the recovery works.

For the subsidiary A2A, the Personnel Office Manager or his delegate will be present.

OUTCOME: A2A's Human Resources managers presented the data regarding fixed-term hires in the Company's electricity, gas and commercial sectors, also answering the Directors' questions.

Sustainable Urban Mobility Plan (PUMS) of the Municipality of Milan.
Councilor Marco Granelli will be present.

OUTCOME: The Councilor and the Offices retraced the adoption and approval process of the Urban Sustainable Mobility Plan of the Municipality of Milan.
They also clarified that following this adoption, 755 observations on the Plan were collected and evaluated, received from citizens, municipalities and associations.
A debate followed during which the need for further investigation emerged. The President therefore ordered the examination of resolution no. 102 to be postponed to subsequent sessions.

OUTCOME: The Councilor for Mobility and the Environment provided some data relating to the current picture of travel, users and tickets for local public transport, as well as other data on costs, revenues and state and regional contributions in relation to local public transport. The Director of the TPL Basin Agency then responded to some requests for clarification made by the Councillors.

Consolidated budget of the Municipality of Milan for the 2017 financial year
Will be present: Councilor Roberto Tasca and Area Director Roberto Colangelo

OUTCOME: The Budget Councilor gave specifics in relation to the consolidated budget of the Municipality of Milan, which also includes the economic and financial situation of the investee companies, answering exhaustively the questions posed by the councillors. At the end, the President of the Commission declared the relevant resolution discussed.

Agenda: "Milan Leonardo 500. 2019 Celebration Programme"
The Councilor for Culture Filippo Del Corno and Dr. Marco Edoardo Minoja, Central Culture Directorate, will be present.

OUTCOME: In the presence of the Councilor for Culture and some top managers of the Administration, the presentation of the initiatives planned for 2019 in the city took place, on the occasion of the celebration of the 500th anniversary of the death of Leonardo da Vinci. Milan celebrates this anniversary and does so with a 9-month long program of initiatives, exactly from May 2019 to January 2020, involving institutions, public and private bodies, associations and companies, spread throughout the Lombardy region. A debate followed between the councilors present, characterized by a series of proposals that contributed to enriching the already dense programme.
