The following will be present at the Commission's work:

OUTCOME: The Councilor for Mobility and the Environment and the Director of the Parking Area and One-Stop Shop for Mobility illustrated in detail Resolution no. 88, which identifies the areas of the city not yet reached by methane and, at the same time, offers the inhabitants in these areas the possibility of obtaining concessions in the purchase of LPG or diesel, without prejudice to the Administration's desire, as of 1 October 2023, to have reached all city homes with methane. The new city energy manager who will take over from A2A, whose contract expires in June, will have to take care of this. After a brief debate, the President declared resolution no. 88 discussed and could continue its process in the Council.

Agenda: Presentation of the Memorandum of Understanding to enhance workplace safety in particularly high-risk areas.

Participants:

  • Dr. Roberto Munarin, Director of the Work and Training Area;
  • Components of the Center for the Culture of Prevention in the workplace and life.

OUTCOME: 

The Director of the Training and Work Area illustrated the essential elements of the "Memorandum of Understanding to enhance workplace safety in particularly high-risk areas", signed by the Municipality of Milan, Lombardy Region, Metropolitan City, ATS Metropolitan City of Milan, INAIL, Labor Inspectorate, Fire Brigade and other city institutions representing the interests of employers and workers. During some interventions by representatives of the signatory institutions, the difficulty of applying the Protocol to the new types of contracts emerged. At the end of the session, the matter linked to the restructuring of Poste Italiane was brought to the attention of the Commissioners.

Council Commission: Innovation - Transparency - Digital Agenda - Civil Status (Chaired by Councilor Arienta Alice)
Agenda: GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) European privacy regulation 2017/679. General overview and adaptation path of the Municipality of Milan.

OUTCOME: 

The Councilor for Digital Transformation and Civic Services and the guests introduced and illustrated the main innovations of the General Regulation on the protection of personal data, which will take effect from 25 May 2018, focusing in particular on the strengthening of the rights of natural persons, on the violation of personal data (data breach), on the Register of processing activities, on the introduction of sanctions for non-compliance, on responsibility and accountability.

Joint Council Commission: AInstitutional Affairs of Metropolitan City and Municipality, Budget, Taxes - State Property and Purchases and Urban Planning, Private Construction, Milanese Agricultural System (Chaired by the Councilors Conte Emmanuel and Ceccarelli Bruno)

IMPLEMENTATION AND STRATEGIC URBAN PLANNING AREA
RESOLUTION N. 89 CIRC. 121
Amendment of the regulation for the application of the fee for the occupation of public spaces and areas.
The following will participate in the commission:

  • - the Councilor for Budget and State Property, Roberto Tasca;
  • - the Councilor for Urban Planning, Green and Agriculture, Pierfrancesco Maran.

OUTCOME: 

Councilor Maran exposed the contents of resolution no. 89 explaining its motivations and purposes. The councilors intervened expressing agreement with the merits of the measure and asking for some clarifications. They also indicated some other possible changes to the COSAP Regulation with respect to other matters regulated by it. The Councilors promptly responded to the questions by providing further specifications. At the end of the discussion the Presidents declared the resolution discussed and can now be submitted to the City Council for examination.
