Council Commission Equal opportunities and civil rights (Chaired by Councilor De Marchi Diana Alessandra)

Agenda: Presentation of the family mediation desk at the Court.

The lawyers will speak: Silvia Belloni and Cristina Bellini (Counsellor of the Bar Association for family mediation). 

OUTCOME: 
In the presence of two representatives of the Milan Bar Association, a session was held to present the activity of the family mediation desk, a free service open within the Court of Milan, aimed at all those citizens who need of a legal orientation, in view of or following marital separation, divorce or breakup of the couple established for any reason. This service, organized by the Bar Association in synergy with the Municipality of Milan, as well as the network of family mediation centers accredited in the Milan area, takes the form of a path for the reorganization of family relationships, as well as the introduction of alternative systems to dispute resolution, with particular attention to everything relating to the de-jurisdictionalisation of conflicts. The councilors present were thus able to learn not only about the current activity but also about the prospects for the evolution of a similar service, hoping for its future diffusion in other institutional locations.

Council Commission Home, Public Works, ERP (Chaired by Councilor D'Amico Simonetta)

Agenda: Regulation on self-management in light of the proposal work and acceptance of the observations.

Participants will be: Councilor Gabriele Rabaiotti and Giuseppe Botindari of MM home division.

OUTCOME: 

The Housing Councilor and a MM Manager illustrated to those present the Agreement between the Municipality and MM, which will come into force from January 2019, for the self-management of the ERP municipal buildings managed by MM. They then responded to the Councillors' questions on the merits. Among the "Any other matters", Councilor De Pasquale reported some serious situations of deterioration in the building in via Creta, 1 and asked for information regarding the plan to recover from arrears in the ERP buildings, the latter being a topic that the President of the Commission said it will deal with it at a future meeting.

OUTCOME: 

BUDGET COMMISSION of 5.9.2018

The session saw Councilor Tasca illustrate the structure of the Single Programming Document for the three-year period 2019 - 2021. Some doubts emerged about the legal obligation which prescribes the presentation of the document within a given deadline and was subsequently submitted to the attention of those present the outcome of the ruling of the Council of State on the premises of the Gallery. The ruling of the Administrative Justice rejected the appeal of the Municipality of Milan, against the managers of two restaurants within the monumental complex, regarding the renewal of the concession without tender. The drafting of a municipal regulation on the allocation of spaces in the Gallery was also proposed.

Council Commission Mobility, Transport, Environmental Policies, Civil Protection, Animals and Green (Chaired by Councilor Monguzzi Carlo)

Agenda: MOBILITY PLANNING AND PROGRAMMING AREA

Approval of the guidelines for the location of infrastructures for charging electricity-powered vehicles on public land for public use. This provision does not entail any expense for the Administration.

Councilor Marco Granelli will participate.

OUTCOME: 

The Councilor and the Offices have exposed the provision which will allow the provision of guidelines regarding the location of the infrastructures for charging vehicles powered by electricity, specifying the reasons and delving into some specific points. They also highlighted that the provision does not indicate the precise location of the plants, which will be the subject of future evaluations also with the Municipalities, but only their distribution on the city territory. The councilors asked some questions in order to have greater clarity on some points to which the Councilor and the Offices provided exhaustive answers. At the end of the discussion the President declared the resolution discussed and can now be submitted to the City Council for examination.

Council Commission Innovation, Transparency, Digital Agenda, Civil Status (Chaired by Councilor Arienta Alice)
Agenda: Presentation of the new CRM system and updates 0202.
Councilor Lorenzo Lipparini and Dr. will be present. Luca Martinazzoli.

OUTCOME: The Councilor for Participation, Active Citizenship and Open Data, the Director of the Metropolitan Marketing Department and the Director of the CRM Area gave specifications relating to the CRM System and the improvement of the 020202 service, highlighting the main expectations and requests of citizens, the objectives 2018-2020, the measurement parameters relating to the new supplier; the new organisation, staff training and areas of innovation. The Councilors asked questions on the merits which were given exhaustive answers.
