Agenda: The experience of Gratosoglio and the joint work between local energies and associations, the Municipality, Municipio 5 and Aler.

OUTCOME: 

The President and the guests focused on the work, started about a year ago, and shared between the Municipality, Municipality 5, Aler, local associations, with the involvement of the parish and the schools, to address the problems of the Gratosoglio district and also enhance its resources.
In this direction, the event "Culture, perfumes and flavors at Gratosoglio" was remembered, during which some of Frida Kahlo's most significant works were projected on the facades of the four white towers in the "nameless square" of the neighborhood.
A debate followed during which the Councilors formulated some questions to which the guests provided answers.

Agenda: Inspection at the Primary School in via E. Muzio, 5.
Councilor Laura Galimberti and the managers of the School Building Sector will be present at the commission

OUTCOME: 

The Councilors went to the school complex in via Muzio, which hosts elementary and middle school classes. In the presence of the Councilor for Education, the Head of School Buildings and the Director of Works, they first took note of the ongoing dispute with a company that interrupted the work it was carrying out in this and eight other schools due to corporate problems of Milan, due to the company's difficulty in managing the works to obtain the fire prevention certificate. Not being able to continue the same type of work until the current lawsuit is over, the Municipality will intervene in another area, with works that will concern the external spaces (two courtyards with playground and small athletics track) and the facades external; the works will begin at the end of June and will end in the spring of 2019, to allow the children to restart outdoor activities, which are currently prohibited. The Councilors and the Assessor visited the various areas of the school, including the gym, the two courtyards, the auditorium, the canteen and also some underground spaces which would also require structural reorganization works.

Council Commission Verification and Control of Participated Bodies (Chaired by Councilor De Pasquale Fabrizio)
Agenda: 
- ANAC's findings to MM on conflict of interest in the planning of the Zara - Expo road.
 The General Director of MM, Dr. Stefano Cetti, will participate.
-MM personnel policies - Reorganization of personnel and increase in labor cases and employee resignations.
-Activities of the Home Sector.

OUTCOME: 

MM managers reported on the matter relating to the design of the Zara /Expo road. The councilors expressed evaluations in this regard and asked questions also aimed at understanding the reason for a substantial doubling of the costs expected for the execution of the work. The MM managers provided answers to some questions, specifying that any further information regarding the specific issue of the increase in expected costs may be provided in a possible subsequent session in the presence of those who have specifically followed the issue. As regards the third point on the agenda, the Company Managers provided the data regarding the number of employees and the employment policies adopted. The fourth point on the agenda will, however, be dealt with at a future meeting.

Agenda: 
Update comparison with Municipalities.
Update on the topic of LIVING: support for a proposal from the citizen hubs.

OUTCOME:

During the meeting, the point was made, with the officials of the Home Care and Health Culture Area Directorate, on the implementation of the provisions envisaged by Law no. 112/2016 regarding “After Us”. In particular, information was provided on the promotion of innovative solutions to be offered to people with severe disabilities to give them the opportunity to exercise the right to live in society with the same freedom of choice and autonomy as all other people. Furthermore, the President updated the members of the Council on the ongoing discussion with the Municipalities and on the LIVING topic.

Council Commission Urban planning, private construction, Milanese agricultural system (Chaired by Councilor Ceccarelli Bruno)
Agenda: Hearing of operators and implementers of the PII known as "Calchi Taeggi" 
The operators and implementers of the PII (Borio Mangiarotti - and Coop Solidarnosc Ovest Milano) will be present at the Commission's work. Councilor Pierfrancesco Maran and the municipal technicians who followed the PII process have been invited.

OUTCOME:

In the presence of Councilor Maran, the architects responsible for the project illustrated to those present the details of the redevelopment of the Calchi Taeggi area. They focused in particular on the landscape and residential impact of the project in question. The topic of reclamation of the area was also explored in depth and the nature of the material buried there and the quality of the groundwater were reported.

Agenda: “Fighting food poverty in Milan”.

OUTCOME: 

In the presence of the Councilor for Social Policies, Health and Rights as well as the major representatives of the charitable bodies involved in combating food poverty in the city and hinterland, who were able to illustrate their daily activities to the councilors present, a debate focused on the strategies more effective to deal with the growing food emergency that affects the poorest stratum of our social fabric.

Agenda: Approval of the draft Memorandum of Understanding between the Municipality of Milan, the Prefecture of Milan, the Territorial School Office of Milan, the Metropolitan City of Milan and ATS Milan for the development and consolidation of good practices for the full application of the Consolidated Law. of the laws regarding drug addiction - D.P.R. 309/90 and to combat phenomena linked to other forms of drug addiction and juvenile distress in the school environment.

OUTCOME:

The Councilors for Security and Education illustrated, each for the part of their competence, the Memorandum of Understanding, signed on 1 June 2018, with the local institutions, for the development and consolidation of good practices for the full application of the YOU. of the laws regarding drug addiction and the fight against phenomena linked to other forms of addiction and child distress in the school environment.
The Commissioners expressed their opinions in this regard and presented some requests for clarification or for further information on the topic discussed which were promptly satisfied by the representatives of the Council.
