“Analysis and discussion of the specific proposals relating to the Social Policies Department, put forward by the Family Policy Commissions which has reached the end of its work”.

OUTCOME: In the presence of the Councilor for Social Policies - Health and Rights, the proposals developed during the work of the Special Commission for Family Policies were presented in order to draw up an integrated plan of services to support the family and parenting in particular. The Municipal Administration considers it to be of the utmost importance to have a solid public policy in favor of families. This condition is a fundamental premise for developing both social cohesion and positive personal promotion.

Representatives of the Movement for the Rights of the Unemployed are invited. 

OUTCOME: The Councilor for Labor Policies, with the help of the managers of CELAV and AFOL, presented the measures implemented by the Municipality for the reintegration of the unemployed into the world of work and the results achieved. Furthermore, representatives of the Movement for the Rights of the Unemployed were heard and presented their observations and proposals aimed at making interventions in this area even more incisive.

President of the Province of Brescia.

OUTCOME: The Presidents and guests who attended illustrated the contents of the Project concerning the House of Commons in Brussels located at the Regione Palace, specifying that the reasons which led to establishing this point lie above all in the possibility of better intercepting the European funds intended for Lombardy municipalities, especially medium-small ones. They also communicated that, at the end of the project process, supra-municipal Vast Area Europe Offices could be created which will activate some services capable of facilitating the activities of the Municipalities.

GENERAL URBAN PLANNING AREA
Adoption of the new Plan Document, of the variant of the Service Plan, including the Plan for Religious Equipment, and of the variant of the Rules Plan, constituting the Territorial Government Plan, pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 13 of the Regional Law 11 March 2005 and subsequent amendments. The measure does not involve any expense.
Summary and illustration of the Territorial Government Plan and path, continuation of work.
The following will participate in the work: Councilor Pierfrancesco Maran, Arch. Franco Zinna and the Arch. Simona Collarini. 

OUTCOME: The Urban Planning Councilor of the Municipality of Milan described the new Plan Document to the Metropolitan Council, responding with the help of technicians to the questions of the Metropolitan and City Councilors.

“Hearing representatives of UNAVI (National Union of Victims) on the topic of victims of violence”.

OUTCOME: The representatives of UNAVI and two victims of crime are interviewed. The Commission considers the opportunity to activate the anti-violence networks present in the area to provide psychological and legal support to all victims of crime.

Joint Council Commission  Verification and Control Participatory Bodies and Education - Education - University and Research (Chaired by Councilors De Pasquale Fabrizio and Limonta Paolo)
Agenda: 
"Presentation of results of the arrears recovery plan".
Will be present: Councilor Laura Galimberti and the Sole Director of Milano Ristorazione, Fabrizio De Fabritiis.
OUTCOME: The Councilor for Education and Instruction has given specifications relating to the arrears recovery plan regarding school meals. He highlighted that the phenomenon of insolvencies has taken on worrying dimensions and a series of activities have been implemented to resolve the situation. The Councilors asked questions on the merits which were given exhaustive answers.

Council Commission Security and Social Cohesion – Local Police (Chaired by Councilor Pantaleo Rosario) 
Agenda:
Clarifications regarding the alleged presence of the Local Police Commander in the context of the road accident which occurred on 3 October in Viale Montenero. 
The Councilor for Security and Deputy Mayor, Anna Scavuzzo and the Commander of the Local Police, Marco Ciacci will be present.

OUTCOME: The Commander of the Local Police, in the presence of the Deputy Mayor and Councilor for Security, described the progress of the facts relating to the road accident which involved the daughter of two well-known Milanese PMs and dispelled the doubts on hypothetical anomalies raised by a trade union acronym and by some press outlets. The topic of the appointment of the current Commander of the PL was also addressed; following some findings regarding compliance with the conditions necessary for covering the role, the regularity of the procedure followed was reiterated.
