Approval of amendments to articles. 2, 3, 8 and 13 of the Statute of the Ambrosiano Welfare Foundation.

OUTCOME:
The Councilor and the Offices illustrated the changes and additions to the Statute of the Ambrosiano Welfare Foundation, clarifying that its statutory mission, relating to support activities for workers in a temporary state of need, has changed over the years, acquiring additional functions and lines of operation. Hence the need to no longer consider disadvantaged workers as recipients of the Foundation's activities, but rather disadvantaged people.
A debate followed following which the President ordered an update of the Commission, arranging for the examination of the provision to be concluded at a subsequent session.

Agenda: Presentation of the draft Regulation of self-management relating to the ERP assets of the Municipality of Milan managed by MM.
There will be:

  • the Condominium and Self-management Manager MM Casa Dr. Massimiliano Rufini. 

OUTCOME:

The Housing Councilor, with the help of the Condominium and Self-management Manager of MM, presented the draft of the new regulation of self-management relating to the ERP assets of the Municipality of Milan, highlighting the most innovative parts. After an extensive debate the topic was considered discussed.

Agenda: Masterplan illustration of the Expo lands drawn up by the Lend Lease.
Councilor Pierfrancesco Maran and municipal technicians who followed the project process were invited to the Commission's work.

Agenda: Inspection at the WeMi space in Via Venini, 83

OUTCOME:
The visit covered the premises of HUG Milan where WeMi in Via Venini 83 is hosted (the two organizations collaborate in many areas) but above all it served to illustrate the peculiarities of the services offered to citizens: orientation to the social services of the area and of the city, promotion of personal well-being, management of domestic activities, personal economy and conviviality.

Agenda: RESOLUTION NO. 83 - MANAGEMENT OF INVESTMENTS AND REAL ESTATE ASSETS - SERVICE CONTRACTS AND MANAGEMENT CONTROL AREA
Municipal sports facilities managed by Milanosport S.p.A. - Guidelines for the development of the industrial and investment plan and for the revision of the service contract. Capital increase of €13.000.000,00.

OUTCOME:
The Sports Councilor and the Director of the Service Contracts and Management Control Area gave specifications relating to resolution no. 83 regarding the capital increase, estimated at 13.000.000,00, intended for Milano Sport, explaining the reasons that led to this choice. The Councilors expressed doubts on the merits, asking to convene a further Commission to audit the Managers of MilanoSport, MM and the Mayor Sala having the delegation to the Subsidiaries. The Presidents accepted the request, postponing the commission to a later date.

Agenda: Charging stations: development plan and current situation.
The following were sent to the commission's work: Councilor Marco Granelli, Dr. Lorenzo Giussani, Head of Generation and ATM.

OUTCOME:

In the presence of the Councilor for Mobility and Environment and the General President of A.T.M. , as well as some of A2A's research and development managers, a session was held to present the investment policies and practices in terms of sustainable energy carried out by the Municipality of Milan and its investee companies, which has as its declared objective the shift, in the context of urban transport, towards the use of energy sources that have the lowest negative emissions for the health of citizens.

Agenda: Presentation of "Libellula Project", the first network of companies united against violence against women.
The ladies will participate: Debora Moretti, Marilu' Guglielmini and Rosa Morelli.

OUTCOME:
The coordinator of the "Libellula Project" illustrated to the Commission the main areas of intervention of the project, with the aim of establishing the first network of companies united against violence against women and gender discrimination. After communicating some data on the phenomenon, you responded to the requests for information made by the Councillors.

Agenda: P.A.N.E. project planning for the job training of asylum seekers.
Dr. will speak. Andrea Cavazzoni of CELAV.

OUTCOME:
The offices illustrated the contents of the project, which was born from an initiative by JP Morgan and involves the Adecco and Umanitaria Foundations, specifying its aims and methods, insisting particularly on the role that will be played by CELAV. The councilors intervened by highlighting certain aspects and asking questions to better understand certain dynamics. The offices have given a complete response to the questions. Having noted the clarifications, the President decided to announce her intention to convene a subsequent session dedicated to the analysis of the work of CELAV.
