Agenda: Use of spaces intended for "different uses" of the ERP assets managed by MM: production functions and territorial animation.
Speakers will include: Councilor Gabriele Rabaiotti, Doctor Galliano Renato - Director of the Urban Economy and Work Department, Eng. Francesco Tarricone - Director of Home Management, Eng. Tommaso Lamperti and Eng. Stefano Zanini of MM. 
OUTCOME: 
Councilor Rabaiotti, the Head of the Home Management and the officials of MM Casa illustrated to those present the issues related to public residential building spaces intended for different uses (artisan activities, commercial activities and headquarters of associations) and specified that these are a residual portion of the entire ERP assets. The conditions for accessing it have been clarified, the terms of the New Assignment Regulation have been brought forward and problems relating to arrears have emerged. Furthermore, during the session, the ongoing waiting list for public housing was highlighted and comments were made regarding the procedure for assigning it to some non-profit organisations.

Agenda: Update to the advance declaration of treatment office (D.A.T.), ("living will").
Councilor Pierfrancesco Majorino will be present. 
OUTCOME: 
The Director of the Citizen Services Area, on the basis of the provisions of recent legislation, illustrated the methods for submitting the advance declaration of treatment (living will), which can take place at notary offices, at the Civil Registry Office or at health facilities. He announces that a special desk has been set up at the Central Registry office in Via Larga for the reception of such declarations. You therefore respond to the Councilors regarding the fact that a specific information campaign will be carried out to publicize the service.

Agenda: RESOLUTION N. 81 - MOBILITY, ENVIRONMENT AND ENERGY DIRECTORATE
Recognition of off-balance sheet debt pursuant to art. 194, paragraph 1, letter a), of Legislative Decree no. 267/2000 of the amount of Euro 1.127.860,88 in execution of the sentence of the Court of Appeal of Milan n. 4572/17 of 18/10/2017 – Rep. n. 3406/2017 of 03/11/2017, published on 03/11/2017 which reformed the sentence of the Court of Milan section. II civil n. 6249/14 for the reimbursement of sums previously paid by Banca Popolare di Sondrio. Immediately executable.
The following will be present: Councilor Marco Granelli and lawyers' officials. 
OUTCOME: 
The Mobility Councilor, with the help of the offices, illustrated the provision relating to the recognition of the off-balance sheet debt, of the amount of 1.127.860,88 euros, in execution of the sentence of the Court of Appeal of Milan which reformed the sentence of the Court of Milan section. II civil for the reimbursement of sums paid at the time by Banca Popolare di Sondrio in relation to the bankruptcy of Zincar. After a brief debate, the Vice President of the Commission declared resolution no. discussed. 81 which can now be evaluated by the City Council.

Council Commission Urban planning, private construction, Milanese agricultural system (Chaired by Councilor Ceccarelli Bruno)
Agenda: Redevelopment project for Piazza Sant'Agostino.
The following were invited to the Commission's work: Councilor Pierfrancesco Maran, the President of Municipality 1 Fabio Arrigoni and the municipal technicians who followed the project process.  
OUTCOME: 
The Councilor for Urban Planning first listed the renovation projects for various squares carried out in recent years and those planned, then the offices specifically illustrated the reorganization project for Piazza Sant'Agostino, then answering the questions of the Councilors and Committees present, specifically regarding the positioning of the market stalls, the problem of the water to be used for the fish stalls and with respect to the new road system.

Council Commission Institutional Affairs Metropolitan City and Municipality (Chaired by Councilor Censi Arianna)
Agenda: The Municipalities from an Institutional point of view: Municipality 4, Municipality 5 and Municipality 6.
Participants will be: the Councilor of Municipality 4 Laura Schiaffino, the President of Municipality 5 Alessandro Bramati and the President of Municipality 6 Santo Minniti. 
OUTCOME:

The Presidents of the invited Municipalities highlighted the critical issues present in them relating to the ineffective decentralization of both functions and resource management as well as a lack of administrative staff. The Councilors expressed their reflections on the merits, proposing to discuss any proposed changes relating to the needs that the Municipalities are called upon to manage.

Council Commission Culture, Fashion and Design (Chaired by Councilor Bocci Paola)
Agenda: Presentation "Art Week".
The following will be present: Councilor Filippo Del Corno and Miart Director Alessandro Rabottini.
 
OUTCOME: The Councilor for Culture illustrates "Milan Art Week": an entire week dedicated to modern and contemporary art with inaugurations, extraordinary openings, guided tours, special initiatives and numerous exhibitions to visit, open in the various exhibition venues of the city, involving institutions , foundations and both public and private art galleries. 
This initiative is carried out in conjunction with Miart, a fair aimed at national and international galleries active in the world of modern, contemporary art and limited edition design which is presented by its Artistic Director, who illustrates the main characteristics and contents to the Commissioners salient features of it.

Agenda: Implementation status of the projects financed with European Structural and Investment Funds of the Municipality of Milan: PON Metropolitan Cities and POR FESR.
