OUTCOME: The Councilor for Budget and State Property gave answers to some questions posed during Commission 2 of 7 February 2018 relating to the trend of the debt and balancing the budget. The Councilors asked questions relating to the debt caused by the failure to recover arrears from public housing tenants, to which comprehensive answers were given by the Councillor. At the end, the President declared the resolution regarding the Single Programming Document (DUP) to be discussed.

Council Commission Labor Policies, Economic Development, Productive Activities, Trade, Human Resources (Chaired by Councilor Specchio Laura)
Agenda: Presentation of the Memorandum of Understanding for the quality and protection of work in the procurement of works, services and supplies of the Municipality of Milan, between the Municipality of Milan and the CGIL - CiSL - UIL Trade Union Confederations of Milan.
Participants will be: Councilor Cristina Tajani and representatives of the trade unions Mrs. Melissa Oliviero (CGIL), Mr. Carlo Gerla (CISL) and Mr. Antonio Albrizio (UIL).

OUTCOME: Councilor Tajani and the representatives of CGIL, CISL and UIL illustrated the terms of the Protocol in question, focusing, at the request of some Councillors, on the issues of the social clause, employment protection, centrality of the national collective agreement, fight against false cooperatives ( Black List) and monitoring the application of this agreement.

Agenda: Healthcare reform: the management of chronic patients - 2nd part.
The ATS General Director of Milano2 Marco Bosio will be present at the hearing.
The Councilor for Social Policies and Health Services Pierfrancesco Majorino will participate.   

OUTCOME: The General Director of the ATS of Milan participated in today's session to provide clarifications to the questions posed by the Councilors, in the last session of 2 February 2018, on the regional reform dedicated to the care of chronic patients, for whom, due to the end of the time available, he had not been able to respond. Furthermore, he provided further clarifications on the topic under consideration.
