OUTCOME: 

The Councilor for Public Works illustrated the results of the audit carried out on contracts and procedures for public works tenders, answering the questions posed by the councillors.

Agenda: Inspection at the "Meininger Hotels" facility located in Via Privata Giovanni Calvino, 11 (Garibaldi area)

OUTCOME: 

The Commission went to visit the Meininger Hotel structure located in via Giovanni Calvino n. 11, in order to verify the management of the new structure. It also took into consideration the problems of the adjacent area which were highlighted: open-air landfills, abandoned greenery, problems relating to lighting.

Agenda: Presentation of "Work in Milan: 2018 Edition".

OUTCOME: 

During the session the representatives of: Centro Studi di Assolombarda, CGIL, CISL and UIL presented the survey on employment levels, contract methods, the level of training of the new workforce, data on accidents at work and illnesses professionals and new forms of business, relating to the Metropolitan City. A picture of lights and shadows emerged which was nevertheless significantly better than in the rest of the country.

Agenda: Accommodation outside ERP. innovation in the use of housing stock.
With the presence of Councilor Gabriele Rabaiotti, Area Director Achille Rossi, Rental Policy Unit Manager Angelo Foglio and Aler.

OUTCOME: 

The Councilor for Public Works and Housing has given specifications relating to housing "outside ERP" highlighting the main objectives: recovering vacant housing through the testing of management models that allow the public response to the different forms of housing hardship to be articulated; rationalize the assets and reduce the expenses borne by the municipal budget relating both to the management of condominium properties and to the accommodation of disadvantaged families in temporary residential structures. The representatives of the associations belonging to the Third Sector explained the project that is being implemented, after they participated in the tender for the assignment of housing. The Councilors asked questions, which were answered by the Councillor.

OUTCOME:

The Councilor for Education and Instruction illustrated the ongoing and ongoing projects relating to school buildings, divided by each municipality, with the respective funding.

Agenda: BUDGET PLANNING AREA

2018-2020 Programming - Change in the Financial Budget - Modification of the Three-Year Program of Public Works 2018-2020 and of the 2018 Annual List - Modification of the Biennial Program of the Purchase of Goods and Services 2018-2019 and of the 2018 Annual List.
Councilor Roberto Tasca will be present.

OUTCOME: 

The Councilor and the Offices have clarified that the main change in the 2018-2020 Financial Budget mainly concerns the capital account part through the modification of the Three-Year Plan of Public Works and the biennial purchasing planning, the application of the administrative surplus intended to investments (around 90 million euros), the devolution of mortgages already contracted in previous years (around 48 million euros), the forecast of new indebtedness for an amount of up to 150 million euros for the financing of the share, to be paid by the Municipality, of the M4 supplementary agreement.
A debate followed during which the Councilors expressed some doubts and formulated questions to which the Councilor and the Offices provided answers.

Agenda: Update on the situation in the Rogoredo grove.

• Dr. Anderloni of the CFU of Italia Nostra.

OUTCOME: 

The Councilors and guests illustrated the situation relating to the area in question, underlining, depending on their respective skills, the part concerning the aspects concerning safety and prevention, the aspects concerning urban planning and greenery issues, broadening the vision to the entire Porto di Mare area, the works to organize the entire area from a naturalistic point of view to make it accessible to citizens. The city councilors and municipal councilors intervened to praise the interventions implemented by Italia Nostra and to underline some points, ask specific questions and indicate possible solutions. The Councilors and Offices responded to the questions comprehensively.
