Agenda: Proposal to establish a scholarship dedicated to the victims of the mafia. 
OUTCOME:
The President of the Commission, in illustrating the proposal to establish a scholarship to be dedicated to the victims of the mafia, invited the Commissioners to present suggestions and ideas to make the message that the Administration wants to send to citizens regarding this topic more effective.
A lively debate followed in which hypotheses were formulated to integrate the proposal presented, which the Presidency will take into account when establishing the prize to be announced.

Council Commission Social Policies and Health Services, Volunteering (Chaired by Councilor Vasile Angelica)
Agenda: inspection at the Pini-Negri Disabled Day Center in via Sant'Erlembardo n.4.
OUTCOME: The group of Councillors, accompanied by the Director of the CDD (Day Center for the Disabled) Negri and Pini and the Manager of the Management Unit of the Day Centers for the Disabled, Group 1 - 5, visited the premises which host the laboratories of the activities reserved for users, those reserved for therapies (physiotherapy), the space relating to shiatsu (with financial contribution from F.ne CARIPLO), the editorial staff of the periodical "Giallo di sera" (in which users collaborate) and the gym. Subsequently, the external spaces intended for the care of the vegetable garden were examined and the activities external to the service were described. The visit was followed by a brief moment of discussion and clarification on disabled transport, waiting lists, age of those attending, connections with educational institutions, burnout syndrome of operators, safety problems of the entire area and some critical issues reported ( advanced age of parents, private and municipal personal cohesion, communication problems for foreign users and others)

Joint Council Commission Participation, Popular Initiative, Open Data and Innovation, Transparency, Digital Agenda, Civil Status (Chaired by Councilors Moratti Milly and Arienta Alice)
Agenda: Municipality of Milan Participatory Budget Update.
The Councilor for Participation, Citizenship and Open Data, Lorenzo Lipparini, will be present. 
OUTCOME:
The Councilor recalled that, from 15 March to 15 April 2018, Milanese citizens and city users, aged 16 and over and of any nationality, will be able to vote on the projects presented in the nine Municipalities within the Participatory Budget. Each citizen will be able to express up to three votes by choosing from all the projects of the 9 Municipalities and the ranking will be defined on the basis of the number of preferences obtained. He also pointed out that four and a half million euros have been made available for the implementation of these projects, 500 thousand for each municipality.

Agenda: Presentation of the epilepsy awareness project. 
Dr. Rosa Cervellione, President of the Italian Epilepsy Federation APS and President of Epilessia Lombardia Onlus, will be present at the hearing. 
OUTCOME: 
The President of the Italian Epilepsy Federation gave specifications relating to the Federation itself, the set objectives and the disease; you also highlighted the proposals addressed to the Municipality of Milan regarding the dissemination of ministerial commercials and the dissemination of a poster focused on how to assist a person in the event of a crisis. The Councilors asked questions on the merits which were given exhaustive answers.

Council Commission Education, Education, University and Research (Chaired by Councilor Limonta Paolo)
Agenda: Presentation of the 2018 edition of the "Do the right thing" initiative which will have as its main focus "Challenges, comparisons and insights into educational and training paths.
Speakers: Piero Magri from Terre di Mezzo and Stefania Giacalone from Sfide.
Councilor Anna Scavuzzo will be present. 
OUTCOME:
The Councilor for Education with the representatives of the Terre di Mezzo non-profit organization and the Sfide Association presented the 15th edition of the "Do the right thing" initiative which will be held from 23 to 25 March 2018 at Fieramilanocity. It is a national fair of critical consumption and sustainable lifestyles which this year will have a large space dedicated to schools. The following will be carried out: laboratories, workshops, illustrated technologies and learning methods for a new way of looking at training, with a program that ranges from didactics to inclusive practices.

Council Commission Equal opportunities and civil rights (Chaired by Councilor De Marchi Diana Alessandra)
Agenda: inspection at the Mariuccia nursery school Via Jommelli, 18 (MM Loreto or Piola stop).
Knowledge of the Mariuccia nursery school and work with the  mothers for autonomy.
The following will be present: The General Director dr. Maurizio Faini, the Delegate Councilor Dr. Silvia Gardino, the President of the Foundation Dr. Camillo De Milato and some Community Coordinators. 
OUTCOME: The Commission went to the Mariuccia nursery school in via Jommelli, 18 to visit six independent apartments for mothers with children, internal and external common spaces and a planted garden.

Joint Council Commission Tourism, Territorial Marketing, Wellbeing, Sport and Leisure and Suburbs (Chaired by Councilors Fumagalli Marco Carlo and Osculati Roberta)
Agenda: Ideas and projects that emerged during the discussion with the Municipalities; Orme and Gitec project.
Participants will be: Sports Councilor Roberta Guaineri; the President of "Orme" of Ortica Giovanni Lanzetti; the Councilor for Wellbeing, Culture, Community Centers of Municipality 3, Luca Costamagna.

Council Commission Institutional Affairs Metropolitan City and Municipality (Chaired by Councilor Censi Arianna)
Agenda: The Municipalities from an institutional point of view: Municipality 1, Municipality 2 and Municipality 3.
Participants will be: the President of Municipality 1 Fabio Arrigoni, the President of Municipality 2 Samuele Piscina and the President of Municipality 3 Caterina Antola. 
OUTCOME:
The Presidents of the invited Municipalities exposed the current state of the Municipalities and made suggestions to overcome the difficulties present today in order to give complete implementation to the municipalities. The councilors expressed some considerations and asked some questions. The Presidents of the Municipalities and the President responded to these.
