OUTCOME: The Councilor for Social Policies and the Directors of the relevant offices have given specifications relating to the 2018 Budget Budget in the context of Social Policies, highlighting the points inherent to the measures against poverty and for income support, home care, interventions for migrants, residential services, mental health, social innovations and data regarding social interventions. The councilors asked numerous questions on the merits to which partial answers were given as the time available had run out. The Presidents therefore deemed it necessary to update the commission.

OUTCOME: In the presence of the Councilor for Digitalisation, Transparency, Civic Services and the relevant Directors, the various allocations of the 2018 budget forecast of the SIad, of the Civic, Funeral and Cemetery Services, as well as of the General Services (cleaning, guardianship, museum reception, furnishings). The Councilor and the managers present then responded on the merits to the questions posed to them by the Councillors.

Agenda:  2018 Forecast Budget: Management of Subsidiaries and Real Estate Assets.
Councilor Roberto Tasca and General Director Dr. Arabella Caporello will be present.

OUTCOME: The Councilor for Budget and State Property illustrated the significant elements of the 2018 Budget Budget of the Participate and Real Estate Assets Department. After reviewing the accounting data of the shareholding companies of the Municipality of Milan, he focused on the case of Milano Serravalle - Milano Tangenziale S.p.A. The councilors present were thus able to acquire comprehensive explanations on the issue.

OUTCOME: The Councilor for Public Works and Housing illustrated the 2018 budget for the Housing Directorate, focusing in particular on the important investments dedicated to the ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of ERP housing. After an intense debate the topic was considered discussed.

Agenda: 2018 Budget Forecast: Culture Directorate.
Councilor Filippo Del Corno will be present.

OUTCOME: The Councilor illustrated in detail the contents of the 2018 Budget Budget of the Culture Directorate, specifying that the revenue not tied to expenses recorded a higher forecast than the 2017 budget. He explained that this increase derives from the proceeds for admission to museums, exhibitions and other cultural activities at these locations also with a view to the creation of temporary exhibitions. He also highlighted how the forecast of current expenses also shows growth compared to the 2017 level.
The Councilors raised some comments and asked questions to which the Councilor responded exhaustively.

Agenda: Inspection at the construction site of the Teatro alla XIV - via Oglio, 18.
The following were invited: Councilor Gabriele Rabaiotti, Councilor Filippo Del Corno, Eng. Pasquale Frezza, Doctor Andrea Minetto and representatives of Municipality 4.

OUTCOME: Since there was no quorum, the inspection at the XIV Theater in via Oglio 18 was declared deserted by the President of the Housing, State Property and Public Works Commission.

Agenda: 2018 budget forecast: Mobility, Environment and Energy Directorate.
Councilor Marco Granelli will be present.

OUTCOME: the Mobility Councilor presented the 2018 Budget Budget to the Commissioners specifying in detail the expenditure and revenue items, in particular those relating to Local Public Transport and the investments to be made. Numerous requests for clarification were presented by the Councilors, especially in reference to the increase in the ATM ticket, expected for 2019, to which the Councilor provided timely responses. The item on the agenda was therefore declared discussed.

OUTCOME: The Councilor illustrated the contents of the Department's budget document, the majority of which is represented by the green maintenance contract. The councilors and the President of Municipality 9 asked some questions and noted delays in some areas. The Councilor gave answers and assured that some actions will be implemented to improve the quality of the service.

OUTCOME: The President of ASSINTEL (National Association of ICT Companies) illustrated to the Commission the situation of small and medium-sized enterprises in relation to digital transformation and the difficulties they face in relation to problems related to the global market. He therefore provided answers to some questions raised by the Councilors in relation to the changes in the world of work connected to the advent of new technologies with a view to changing the relationships of small and medium-sized enterprises with public administrations.

OUTCOME: The Councilor illustrated in detail the budget relating to the Department of Education, focusing on some aspects. The councilors reflected on some points and asked questions in order to better understand economic aspects. The Councilor responded to these and also suggested organizing specific discussions on some aspects that deserve further investigation.

Dr. Mario Vanni Head of the Mayor's Cabinet will be present.

OUTCOME: The Mayor's Chief of Staff illustrated and justified the reasons why the Municipality of Milan intends to proceed with the dissolution of the I.S.A.P. (Institute for the Study of Public Administration) and hypothesized the terms for the management of the Institute's book heritage through agreements with the academic world. The President of the Participatory Bodies Verification and Control Commission regretted this decision and was concerned about the fate of the scientific material stored at the I.S.A.P.
